Each house is named after its geographically aligned ”department” in Uruguay. There is Soriano (SW), Artigas (NW), Rivera (NE) and Maldonado (SE).

These beautiful homes are decorated with contemporary furnishings and finishes. The great room kitchen and family room is the perfect place for family and friends to gather and enjoy the beautiful views of the surrounding vineyard. The kitchen is fully stocked with serving ware and utensil service for 8 including basic pantry staples as listed in the amenities link. Amenities for children include a portable crib with sheets, highchair, and dishes. There is a private fenced yard and patio with a dining table for al fresco meals off of the great room. The attached two car garage with EV chargers is available for your private use and there are also two additional dedicated parking spaces outside. Solar power is produced from a large array of rooftop panels that provide renewable energy for a sustainable footprint. The homes have a full laundry room with supplies. All bed linens and towels are provided. Starter quantities of soaps and paper goods are provided for you and your guests.
