Hacienda Estates: Soriano - One of four new homes set in scenic vineyards

Welcome to Hacienda Estate -Soriano, a unique VRBO community of four custom homes set in the center of an extraordinary wine grape vineyard. Centrally located in the Lodi wine appellation and the geographically diverse Jahant sub-appellation, one of the oldest wine grape growing areas of California. The surrounding vineyard is a special clonal selection brought back from Uruguay in 2018, making this the only Tannat planting (the national wine grape of Uruguay) of this clonal selection in the country. Each house is named after its geographically aligned ”department” in Uruguay. You can choose from (SW) Soriano, (NW) Artigas, (NE) Rivera, and (SE) Maldonado.

Known as Soriano, this home is located on the southwest corner of the Estate. This beautiful new home is decorated in grey tones with contemporary furnishings and finishes. The Primary Bedroom has a west facing window and an En Suite Bathroom. The two other guest bedrooms face east and west and share the full bath. A pull down Murphy bed, located in the common area of the front entry provides additional sleeping accommodation for two. The great room kitchen and family room is the perfect place for family and friends to gather and enjoy the beautiful views of the surrounding vineyard. The kitchen is fully stocked with serving ware and utensil service for 8 including basic pantry staples as listed in the amenities link. Amenities for children include a portable crib with sheets, highchair, and dishes. There is a private fenced yard and patio with a dining table for al fresco meals off of the great room. The attached two car garage with EV chargers is available for your private use and there are also two additional dedicated parking spaces outside. Solar power is produced from a large array of rooftop panels that provide renewable energy for a sustainable footprint. Soriano has a full laundry room with supplies. All bed linens and towels are provided. Starter quantities of soaps and paper goods are provided for you and your guests.

The Perfect House for Wine & More

The Soriano never disappoints, includes a big open kitchen for entertaining, bbq in the patio, basketball hoop, board games and my favorite game.... Jenga. This property has a lot to offer from any 1 of the 4 homes when looking for a quiet place for a little R&R. You have many great wineries nearby to choose from and a Costco about 15 minutes away. We look forward to our next Soriano Getaway, the entire process is easy and the host Bella is amazing! Thank you!

The property was just lovely, but it needs window shades of some kind on the windows. The house was very cold. It could use a few more utinsels (dish rack, etc) and some more spices. I left 3 spices for further renters. all in all, it was a wonderful stay!

Wonderful Stay!

This property is a hidden gem in the Lodi wine region! It’s a beautiful property with the capability to rent all four units (which we did). All the homes are put together perfectly with great appliances/tech and the attention to detail was on point! They have everything you can think of, plus more (things for infants all the way up to the adults). The property has many onsite activities; cornhole, bocce ball, horseshoes, ping pong, volleyball, basketball, board games, and more. Our family never had a dull moment. I’ll finish this up with Bella, our wonderful host, she is the reason this place is great. She makes sure her guests are taken care of and will go above and beyond for anyone, as she did for our family! Thank you for the wonderful stay and we will see you again next year!

Hidden Gem

My daughter was getting married so we rented all for houses for us and some of our out of town guests. Bella was so nice, easy to communicate with and was very accommodating with our check in and check out needs. The houses are like a model home! They are so clean and decorated beautifully. Special touches everywhere…from the special gifts left for us upon arrival to the fun games inside and outside of every house. This property is a gem!

This is the place you’re looking for, Quiet, Secure, and Clean!

Came into town for a Delta fishing tournament with a group of friends , 6 of us stayed at the Hacienda with 3 Trucks and Boats. We picked this place mainly due to security and available parking. Launch site was a little bit of a drive each day around 30 minutes, but we are all used to that at other locations. Very quiet place nestled in the middle of vineyards, and there are 4 homes available, would be perfect for family reunions or other big family gatherings. The comfort and amenities were worth the drive for us!

Amazing!!!

These 4 houses are perfect for a family reunion or corporate event. The rooms are so comfortable and the place has all the amenities. The atmosphere is amazing. And the extra outdoor activies just tops it off. Close to wine tasting and in the middle of peace and quiet.

I will start by saying our Host Bella was incredibly helpful and accommodating through the entire process. The property is immaculate, well equipped and provides an array of outdoor activities for Team Building events. We rented all four homes which was ideal for a group of 15 people. The gated setting surrounded by vineyards is absolutely beautiful. Our entire Team is already requesting to return next year. Thanks Bella for your incredible Hospitality!

Stress free stay for College Graduation

This was such a stress free, clean and relaxing stay for our daughters College Graduation. With the open concept and outside… we were able to host a small gathering to celebrate. The house had everything we needed and allowed us to congregate together. Will definitely stay again if in the area. Loved the peacefulness of the vineyard.

The Perfect Getaway

This was a great find. The house has everything you need to enjoy a weekend getaway. Just need to bring your clothes, food and beverages. We love that it was secluded and off a main road. The reservation and check in process was very simple and about 5 minutes to the highway. Our family enjoyed the spacious house and all its amenities. We cannot wait to revisit and enjoy all the very nice wineries in the area again. Location is very convenient and about 10-15 minute drive to get to anything you might be looking for. I highly recommend any of their four properties to stay at.

We'll be back!!

Best experience I've ever had staying at a VRBO. The place was perfect and the little things that they added made it even better q-tips, shampoo, conditioner, extra towels, even spices in the kitchen. The home was amazing and we will be back for the summer and already planning next year's Thanksgiving to rent all four properties for big cookout. Got to see the place to believe it. Beautiful vineyard views, quiet and cozy I highly recommend.

Perfect!

There are so many reason to love this property. The location is lovely, set in a vineyard but close to town. The property is safe and secure with a gated entry. The house is brand new and beautifully finished. The home is well equipped with everything you could possibly need or want. We had full use of the garage which is great for unpacking. We enjoyed taking walks around the property and using the commons area where we played Bocci Ball and ping pong. We hope to stay here again in the near future.

Hacienda Estates was inspired by the community estates of the great wine families of Uruguay where multiple generations of family members will live and work together on one vineyard or winery property, but each will have their own “Hacienda” for their immediate family. Multiple generations will work together side by side during the day and spend their evenings enjoying the community amenities these estates often feature. The various community areas included here at Hacienda Estates are also for the enjoyment of all, including the volleyball court, basketball court, bocce ball court, horseshoe pit, ping pong table, cornhole, coming soon walking paths in the vineyard.

Hacienda Estates consists of four homes grouped in a rural setting surrounded by an established vineyard. Each home can be booked individually or with the others depending on availability. Each house provides unique and spectacular views, multiple amenities, and a comfortable living arrangement. The sport courts between the houses are for all guests to enjoy. We hope that you enjoy your stay !
