Huckleberry Hill--A private 15+ acre Smoky Mountain retreat, PRIME LOCATION!

Enjoy a winter wonderland getaway in the Smokies at our home away from home!
This cabin (our vacation home) was built in 2016. Newly listed, Huckleberry Hill, sits on 15 acres, has a private driveway, two walking trails, an old sawmill converted into a game room, PLENTY of parking, and is centrally located to all that Sevier County/Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg/Smoky Mtns has to offer. Huckleberry Hill is approx. 5 miles to downtown Sevierville, approx. 5 miles to Soaky Mountain, approx. 5 miles to Tanger Outlet, approx. 5 miles to Wears Valley (which takes you to Cades Cove and national forest), approx. 7 miles to the Island, approx. 10 miles to Dollywood/Splash Country, 21 miles to Knoxville!
If you want to relax, you can enjoy an oversized 12' wide porch with a swing, some rockers, and a top-of-the-line hot tub. On the front porch, you can cook on a stainless-steel grill. Or you can cook a meal in our fully stocked kitchen.
If you want to get away from the main home, take a walk to the sawmill that is a converted game room. Enjoy pool, ping pong, darts, a hammock, or any of the three arcade games. If you have a nice cool night, you can visit the gazebo and cozy by a fire. Maybe you want a family night? Turn off the wireless smart TVs (5 total) and get out the board games or try to complete one of the puzzles.
When you choose Huckleberry Hill, you are choosing location, space, cleanliness, parking, newness, and a true Smoky Mountain Tennessee experience. Most of all, you are choosing to make memories that will last a lifetime with friends and family!

It was probably the best stay we have ever had while there. The place was beautiful and large enough for our family. The hot tub was great and it was so clean! The host was easily contacted.

It was amazing, breathtaking, beautiful. Host was awesome. The outdoor cabin was perfect for 2 teenage girls. Its spacious, getting around the towns was easy. I would definitely recommend this house to everyone. I can't say enough great things to say.

This place was just as described and the host, Jason, was so friendly! The cabin is gorgeous and the surrounding area was perfect for what we were looking for! This place did not disappoint at all!

Great stay!

I rented this home for my husband and his friends to have a weekend in the mountains. He said the property was beautiful and they all had a great time! Communication with the host was quick and efficient! Will definitely stay again!

Fantastic cabin and phenomenal host

Beautiful cabin with a great location; it felt very secluded but it was very easy to get to town when needed. The host was extremely responsive and felt very genuine, wanting to ensure we had a great stay (which we absolutely did!). I would absolutely recommend and have a great feeling we'll be staying again next trip to the area!

Great Stay At Huckleberry Hill

We came down for a family get a way and had an absolute blast. The owner was great at communication and very friendly. One of the best, updated cabins I’ve ever stayed in! Would definitely recommend to anyone considering.

Amazing property with lots to do, fire pit was great and we all enjoyed the pool table and ping pong. Very clean and the neighbor dog visits were an unexpected but very welcome addition to our stay.

Peaceful and immaculate!

This home was the cleanest i've stayed in using VRBO. The location was convenient to town but very peaceful. The path to the firepit could be rough for elderly or for using in the dark. I hope to stay again with my grandchildren.

First, the positives. Communication with the host was good, early check in was available, checkout was simple with no tasks required, and the cabin itself is reasonably comfortable and private.That said, several aspects of our stay fell below expectations.Cleanliness was an immediate concern. Upon arrival, a used paper plate with food residue and several bottle caps were left on the porch, creating a poor first impression and suggesting the cabin had not been properly reset.The game room and barn area were also disappointing. Tables and surfaces were dirty and weather worn, and the fire pit area had an empty fuel bottle left behind, adding to the sense of neglect.The most significant issue was a strong sulfur or rotten egg odor whenever water was used. It was severe enough that no one wanted to shower or use the faucets. The host acknowledged this as a known well issue, but nothing was addressed during our stay. This should be proactively managed for an active rental.There were also maintenance and supply issues. The light above the main bedroom mirror was partially detached, baking pans were dirty and unusable, there was no aluminum foil, and only one trash bag was provided. Guests should plan to bring basic supplies.I read prior reviews carefully before booking and was surprised, as our experience did not align with them. My kids and I have an annual tradition of staying in a mountain cabin each Christmas, and unfortunately, this was our first real miss.

10/10 would recommend! At first I thought it was a to good to be true type of thing but this is not! This is a hidden gem and I’m very glad that I was able to find it. We had a party of 12 people and everyone was able to fit and have fun to just fine! There is 3 king sized beds each having their own room, then there is a back room with two twin sized beds. Off around back you will see the in-law sweet that had a king size bed and a bathroom and own little heater and mini fridge. This is the house you want if you have a lot of people staying over, sleeps a lot of people. The host was absolutely amazing and was very responsive quickly. If we had any problems with the door code or any questions, he would reply with in the minute. He was very flexible with the check in and out times, which was very needed! Hot tub on the back deck, that also has a nice comfy sitting area with an amazing view of the mountains and trees. He had a lot of stuff prepared out for the house, board games, extra pillows & blankets, cooking supplies. There are tvs in every bed room in the house, so your family and friends can watch tv any where in the house! Moving up the game room, filled with everything to keep you busy. Ping pong, pool, darts, corn hole, arcade games, got a hammock in there to chill and also a fridge to keep the drinks and stuff cold. Walk on up a bit more and you will see a gazebo with a fire place there. You have plenty of wood piled up along the property. Lastly it’s secluded!!!!!!!!

Cabin was welcoming. Communication with the Property Manager was great. Very accommodating and readily available. Great location. Property was clean and stocked with basic necessities. I would stay here again!

Outstanding Mountain Resort

We have had family stay in the Sevierville area for several years. First time in this property. If we have a chance next year, I would welcome a stay. The property was very well maintained, and owner Jason was extremely nice to us and was very attentive to our needs!!!

MUST READ IF YOU BOOK: Long post incoming, but worth it!First off — Jason is amazing. Super accommodating, lightning-fast to respond, and genuinely wants you to enjoy your stay.The cabin was spotless, the beds were comfy, and every chair and couch felt new and cozy — not a worn cushion in sight. TVs were great, the hot tub was perfect, and the place was easy to find (look for the “Huckleberry” sign — that’s your driveway!).He truly thought of everything: towels, soap, extra toilet paper, high chair, bassinet, extra blankets, hangers, dressers — you name it, it’s there. And accessibility-wise, this was the only large cabin I’ve stayed in that has just two steps to get inside. Ideal for elderly guests or anyone avoiding stairs.There’s also a separate little “mini cabin” on the property — perfect for a couple or small family who wants a bit of space. It’s got its own bathroom, queen bed, large futon, and plenty of room.The grounds were clean with tons of parking — we fit six cars easily and could’ve added a few more if needed. Some of the girls explored the trails and found a cute windmill and a few scenic spots — easy, relaxing walk.The location couldn’t be better: close to downtown Sevierville and the outlets, but still tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private.And truly, I can’t say enough about Jason’s hospitality. Every question was answered right away, anything that came up was handled quickly, and he even let us check in early and stay an extra night

Amazing!!!

This property is amazing!! Located off the beaten path, yet close to everything you want to do. It has a nice open floor plan. My 4 grandsons enjoyed every minute of us being there. It’s so secluded so you don’t have to worry about neighbors. The carport was awesome to have since it rained several days were we there. We will definitely be back!!

Perfect getaway

Perfect getaway! Clean, cozy and convenient. The property is so welcoming. We spent hours in the gameroom/barn and the fire pit under the gazebo was the perfect spot to end the day. Jason is absolutely the best host and his communication made the trip from start to finish one of the best ever. Will definitely be back! Thanks Jason!

Amazing!

We’ve rented several homes in the area throughout the years. This property was by far our favorite! Its perfect kids. The kids loved the trails and property. The fire pit has amazing views. Jason went above costumer service. He offered us a night free of charge! The house was the cleanest rental we’ve ever stayed at. We will for sure staying again!

Mountain Getaway

The space was amazing for our two families (10 total) and fit us all comfortably. The teenagers loved the second house and the younger kids loved exploring the property. We relaxed in the hot tub every night and enjoyed the peace and quiet! We played games in the game room and under the large covered porch/driveway (where we could have fun even when it was raining). The property is close to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg which made it perfect for exploring both! Jason was an amazing host and was quick to respond when we contacted him. We definitely recommend this property for anyone who wants to get away from it all, but be close enough to enjoy it all.

Best Host Ever!

The property was just as described, very well taken care of and very clean. Grandsons, son in law & Pawpaw loved playing pool and ping in the barn. Granddaughters enjoyed the hot tub and their own private cabin. I loved all of it. Jason went above and beyond to ensure our stay was fabulous. He even offered us a free night due to a mix up in our request for a new propane bottle. Unfortunately we had to get back home. He was the best host we have ever had. Very responsive & extremely friendly. Thanks again we will be back!

Wonderful Christmas family vacation

Two families with several kids enjoyed 5 nights following Christmas. All around excellent experience. Communication with owner was very timely, helpful and generous. Cabin along with property and all amenities were just as described and accommodated us perfectly. We especially enjoyed hiking the two trails, playing pool and ping pong in the game room, s’mores at the gazebo fire pit and puzzles in the living room in front of the fire. Only issues we experienced were difficulty driving up icy driveway in middle of snow storm (recommend 4wd if icy) and had to reset water heater which apparently trips a fuse due to hot tub. We’ll be back soon.

Excellent for multi-family vacations

We were all so pleased with the property and location! There was plenty of space to accommodate two sets of parents and 4 teenagers, with plenty to entertain on the property and easy access to all the area has to offer. The host was so kind and we appreciated his willingness to be flexible with us when he was able!
