Welcome to our luxury apartment.

This sanctuary is a place for you to retreat, relax, reset and revive yourself. It is a mini-retreat especially designed for you with a balcony view.

This luxury 1 bedroom (King Bed), 1 bathroom apartment near Downtown Houston. Restaurants/cafes conveniently located directly below the apartment building. You will be a short 5 minute walk to the NRG stadium, with grocery stores and mini shopping plazas nearby . The Medical Center, Museums, University of Houston, Galleria Mall, Theaters, Houston Zoo, Toyota Center, Aquarium, outdoor parks, and some of Houston’s best restaurants and bars for night life fun is a short drive away...

This unique Retreat gives you elevator access to a fitness center, indoor and outdoor lounging areas that is equipped with; Pool Table, Shuffle Board, Ping Pong Table, Free Starbucks Machine, and more.

You can lounge out by the Pool. Which is located on the first floor with a designated area for grilling. Parking is free, located in the apartment garage.

Really enjoyed our stay in the apartment. The apartment was in an ideal location close to Rice University and lots of restaurants to choose from. Check-in and check-out was very smooth. The apartment was very clean and well-furnished. The property had lots to offer, and we liked the use of the parking garage. Will definitely stay here again.

Great place!

Donts was so easy to communicate with and answered all my questions. This was our first time in Houston and I am so glad we were able to stay in this apartment. The location was great and the apartment was beautiful!!

Just what was needed

Thank you, this place was wonderful. We had access to amenities and the process was easy. The location is great if you’re going to see a game. It’s located by several good restaurants and shops. We had a blast.

Clean and convenient

Apartment was exactly as depicted. It was neat and clean and convenient to the medical district but also close to NRG stadium. It was very quiet and parking was easy. Would stay here again.

Amazing Stay!!!

My husband and I absolutely loved this apartment! The location was perfect - we didn’t drive more than 15 or 20 minutes to any place we wanted to go. The apartment itself was spotless, cozy & exactly as listed. Our host was nice & gave us no issues. Getting in & out of the parking ramp was a little tricky but nothing that would keep me from staying here again! Excellent place!

A wonderful vacation

Donta’s place was super clean. Everything was accounted for. Came with extras such as a private parking, private pool, club room, and fitness room. Located in very nice neighborhood. I definitely will use this place everytime i come back to Houston!!!

Clean and was as advertised. Stocked with everything needed. Host was pleasant and responsive. Nice balcony overlooking pool. Only con is the parking structure took awhile get in and out of. Great location for our purposes. Would book again.

Great stay

This apartment was exactly as posted. The only thing I would like to see is better pots and maybe a sauce pan. The coating in the ones there is peeling and this is not healthy. The bed was comfortable and the furniture new. I would recommend this apartment.

Amazing Host and Great Location

We had an amazingggggg stay. Donta was professional and had great communication. This space was beautifully arranged and cleanliness was top tier. We were no more than 15 minutes away from all activities. We felt safe and comfortable. Check in process was a breeze. If you are considering... book it. You will not be disappointed.

Clean and good location

Very clean property in the medical center close to what we needed. Well stocked full kitchen. We did not receive the check in information until after check-in time, after I called VRBO. But once we received it, it was easy to get in and the owner was very accessible and easy to communicate with. The second bed in the living room is an air mattress, which works fine for our kids, but not what I was expecting. It met our needs well and I would go back again.

Responsive Host; Cozy Apartment; Comfy Bed

My husband and I stayed here leading up to a surgical procedure I had scheduled down the road. The place was clean and the bed was very comfy. The host was responsive when I had questions about how to check in as well. There's a health food store across the street as well as a Walgreens, and there's a donut shop and a taco restaurant on the first floor. This is nice to know if you are interested in parking your car and not needing to use it too much during your stay. It's helpful to know that you enter the parking garage by going around the building to the left and that the key cafe is embedded in the wall to the right of the parking garage entrance. Also, you need to hold the button down on the clicker for a few seconds to unlock doors.

Theft should not be a part of luxurious

We arrived to the property and the exterior was nice and as pictured. We walked into the apartment and it was furnished very nicely. All was fine until the day we were checking out and departing to return home. As we walk out to the parking garage; which by the way is supposed to be secure. Our vehicle was stolen. The fact that previous auto thefts were not disclosed is disheartening. We did not find out until we received the address a few days before we were due to arrive and by then it was too late to cancel. The location should be disclosed so travelers are able to research the area. I’m sure that it would reduce bookings, but it would be the fair and honest thing to do. Donta’s communication was good, but lack of compassion for our vehicle being stolen is the reasoning behind not receiving 5 stars. Overall the apartment was nice. Just be leery of staying in this area. The actual company that owns the property doesn’t care either. They all the excuses and no resolution for any incidents that happen on their property. Never staying here again.
