Central hub for visiting campus student

Property served our purposes well! 5 adults and 2 dogs were comfortable. Fenced in back yard is a plus when traveling with hounds. Would stay there again.

Super cute!

We came to Louisville for a brewery tour and this house was super cute, clean and communication was excellent It was an easy drive into Louisville. We would definitely stay here again.

Very up to date and clean inside

Very nice and up to date. Grass was high in the back and a bush was taking over the step. Would like to come in the cooler weather to enjoy the backyard.

we were here for a wedding and some out of town family stayed here as well - it was a lovely space for us all and the updates were beautiful. walked the neighborhood as well and very close to the wedding venue and a short drive to shopping and meals well done!

Cute remodeled house

Came to town for a dog show in Louisville. This house was perfect. Exactly as pictured. House was well stocked with everything you need and CLEAN. Close by to some really good local restaurants. The neighborhood is going through a rebirth with updated houses and some houses in repair. We walked our dogs out of this neighborhood and ran into some unleashed dogs. Backyard was fenced and safe for the dogs. The only minor issue is the house next door plays music during the day with a loud bass. If you are working remotely, it may bother you. However, at 10 pm per quiet rules, it was off. Would stay here again.

Everything about this cute property was great! Very clean and coffee was provided. Local enough to the down town area where we didn’t have to drive far to get to a restaurant or shopping! We will stay here again when we come back!!

Holiday get away

Very nice home with cool deco and comfy beds. The backyard has two long porch swings and fire pit. There was coffee pods provided with sweeteners which was super nice. Great overnight stay, would go back.

Dog Show /Girls weekend

We attended a Dog Show at Silver Street Park in New Albany. the location was perfect less than a mile to the facility. The house was the perfect set-up for my friends and canine companions. We spent our entire stay in the kitchen sitting around the beautiful island. The dogs enjoyed the lovely back yard and the girls loved the swings. Thank you for listing just a great property that is pet friendly. Will be back for sure!!

Nice house

We had a good experience at this location. The house was very clean and had everything we expected and more. I was able to cook meals throughout the trip with what was on hand. Very happy with appliances and creature comforts. One thing to note - if you have a larger vehicle, expect to park on the street because you will not fit in the parking spots in the alley. Drive to Louisville expo center wasn’t bad at all, even in traffic, and found the running path at the park nearby to be very beautiful. We will stay again next year!

Comfy and Cozy

Loved this house. It was able to accommodate all 8 of us easily! The place had a great set up! Loved the backyard and enjoyed an evening by the fire 🔥. If we come to New Albany again, we will definitely look into staying here again!
