This house was a dream. It's the nicest place we've ever stayed. The kids especially liked the outdoor space. I enjoyed the rooftop deck for all the after sunset beauty and I was able to see the sunrise beautifully from up there. Whenever I needed anything, customer support got back to me immediately. I would definitely rent this home again.

Unbelievably Stunning

The home and its setting are so much more beautiful in persson than on the listing. The home was well stocked with extra towels, blankets, kitchenware, and especially pool and beach geer. The location is unbeatable, just off the beach path. 10/10. Would stay again.

Lovely Home & Perfect Location

Stunning home with impressive qualities! Gave 4 stars instead of 5 due to the mosquito problem. They are a serious issue and prevented us from fully utilizing and enjoying the decks and pool. Otherwise, a perfect vacation home.

We really enjoyed the Banyan Tree Beach House. It is as described. We loved having the windows and window walls opened all day to the banyan tree and backyard. The pool and spa are perfect. Kitchen is very modern. Beach items and wagons very appreciated. As a music lover, the whole home audio system was fantastic. Easy to connect with Bluetooth and control many different zones.

Family vacation

The house is amazing! No detail was forgotten. The pictures do not do it justice. I would suggest additional silverware, there was barely enough to get us through a meal (forks and knives). The after hours property management company will not return calls unless it’s an emergency, which should be explained to the renter. I called on the day of arrival because there were no garbage bags in the kitchen, not a huge deal but I had groceries delivered and since I anticipated there being at least one bag I did not order bags. The second time I called was due to an internet outage. Again not a huge deal, but all the TVs and audio systems rely on WiFi. A simple return call to explain how to reboot would have been great or if instructions could be provided in case it happens. I did find a small note taped to the system in the inside of the closet. There are no kitchen staples in the house, you will need all the extras which can be very costly when only staying a week. Might be helpful to stock or allow guests to leave non perishable items for the next guest. Overall, this was a fabulous home and a great location!!

All non emergences are take care of on the following business day and this is stated in your arrival email that is sent to you 48 hours before your arrival. Our team delivered trash bags and dishwasher pod to you after our office reopened. None of our properties come with condiments. After Covid, we are no longer allowed to leave anything in the property for guests to share. We appreciate all your feedback and would love to see you again!
