Cal King Bed, Sleeps 4, Centrally Located

Spacious upper private unit of the house, peaceful and centrally-located in a quiet neighborhood, a short walk to lake Loveland and Benson Sculpture Garden. Two+ bedrooms with California King and Queen bed, additional trundle bed, fully stocked kitchen, forty minutes to Estes Park, ten minutes to Fort Collins and one hour north of Denver and Boulder. The master bedroom has a private deck. Equipped with exterior security cameras and keyless entry for easy access for the guest.

-Golden Chestnut is a private unit and is the upper private portion of the house.
-The master bedroom has a California King bed and trundle bed that can be two separate beds or make into a king size bed.
-The guest room has a queen size bed. It has one bathroom, living room and full kitchen.

Guest will enter through the front door of the house. The backyard is the only common area.

The host live across the street from the house.

The house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood near lake Loveland.

Most guest have their own car or have a rental car. Their is a public bus service in Loveland. We provide two bicycles. We ask guest to lock them up with the provided lock.

The master bedroom has a direct door to personal deck for Golden Chestnut unit.

We absolutely loved our stay and felt right at home. Bianca and Steve were wonderful hosts, always responsive, very kind, and full of great energy. It was a pleasure staying in their house. Beyond being cozy and comfortable, the home had everything we needed, and Steve was always quick and efficient in helping us.His recommendations were spot on, whether for restaurants, national parks, or nearby trips, everything he suggested turned out to be excellent. The neighborhood itself is calm, family-friendly, and very safe, which made our experience even better.We had such a great time and would highly recommend this stay to anyone.

I'd give this home 5 Stars! The place was clean, beautiful, and it had everything a person would need. Location was great. I felt safe in the neighborhood the house was located in. Steve the owner was easy to work with and quick to respond. I'd definitely stay here again.

Excellent Stay, highly recommend

We were very happy with our stay! The house was as pictured, well taken care of, clean and comfortable. The house, kitchen and bath had everything we needed. Communication with host (Steve) was easy as was check in. Steve was kind enough to reach out and see if there was anything we needed. Location was convenient, quiet and in a nice area. Thanks for a great stay, we would definitely book again!

Great place

Hi, we are new to the VRBO process and this experience was excellent. We were coming to enjoy Estes Park and needed a place with multiple bedrooms - which this fit. I really liked that the fees were accurate. This place fit our needs - it was very clean and comfortable. We had what we needed and Steve was right there and available if we needed anything. I would stay at this place again without any hesitation!

I would stay here again. My biggest complaint was the inability to adjust the temperature. I understand the reason, but just be aware, the temp was locked at 74. Luckily, the nights were cool, so we were able to open the windows which made sleeping bearable.

Fabulous Home

My husband and I were absolutely thrilled with our stay at this rental. The house is very cozy with lots of space for relaxation both inside and out. The kitchen is well stocked and the entire house is very clean. The neighborhood is very safe and located very close to the Sculpture Gardens. The owner is very responsive and a great person. I can’t say enough about this rental except that we will be renting it again in the future! Thanks for a great stay!

We hope to visit again!

The description and photos were just as described! The accommodations for my husband, myself and our two boys (15 and 13) were perfect. We spent the majority of our days at RMNP at Estes Park which was an easy 40 minute drive. Steve was available at the drop of a hat to answer any questions that we had and make a dinner recommendation - Henry's Pub in town. We made dinner two nights and utilized the grill. We would definitely recommend this rental!! Thank you, Steve! You made us feel welcome and at home. Barbara

Neighborhood Gem

We were so lucky to find this gem of a property!! We stayed for 4 months while our home was being remodeled. Our host was above and beyond with communicating and response times. No need went unmet and he was extremely responsive to even the smallest questions (i.e. how to work the TV). The property is located in a super quiet neighborhood on a large lot and within walking distance of the Benson Sculpture Garden and North Lake Loveland. Put them on your list of things to do while you stay here. We would definately stay here again!
