A beautifully curated bungalow in a Historic Landmark District. Our quiet neighborhood is centrally located, walkable to the trolley, 7 min drive to downtown or cruise port and less than 15 to airport.

A spacious 2/1, thoughtfully equipped for all of your holiday needs. Large front porch is great for morning coffee or sundowners. Attention to details make your stay top-notch. Great for small families, couples, friends, & business trips. Plenty of street parking available.

House was very clean & felt like home. Kitchen was properly stocked to be fully functional. Location was great for ride sharing and walking to all local events we planned our trip around.

All I can say is Wow! What an awesome home. We had everything we could have possibly needed, and this historic home is so comfortable for my wife and I. The neighborhood is quiet, yet close to Ybor city. Thank you Mel for having us. We will be back.
And just like that, we were home.

Clean, lovely, and great communication.

The bungalow was perfect for us. Mel was a treat to work with and made our stay simple. The place had everything we needed, and was decorated vey well. Id absolutely stay there there any time I am in town.

Casa Grande is Awesome

Very nice house well maintained, close to I-4 and Downtown. Very quiet neighborhood. The house have everything you need and a lot of space .

Great stay in YBor!

Simply put, this is one of the best rental properties I have stayed in! It was very nicely updated, roomy, clean, and had everything you could need and more! The kitchen was well stocked down to the spices. Plenty of games, cards, books, extra towels…even sunscreen. Uber to downtown Tampa was easy and reasonable. A few other reviews talked about the condition of the area. It is an old, historic neighborhood in a city. You will find narrow streets and some run down homes sitting next to million dollar properties. Nothing about Casa Grande felt unsafe for four women traveling together.The host was very accommodating and easy to communicate with! If I could give this 10 stars, I would!

a few nights for a business event

clean and nicely appointed home in fun area. short walk to restaurants and night life and the trolley to downtown. very responsive and helpful host and will stay here again when back in the area.

This house has everything!

I recently stayed at an exceptional bungalow that truly exceeded all my expectations. This house had everything you could possibly dream of; from birthday candles to soft, plush towels, no detail was overlooked. The cleanliness and organization of the space made it feel inviting and comfortable, which is often hard to find. The neighbors were friendly, and the overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming. I have stayed in some lavish properties before, but this place felt like home. It was thoughtfully equipped with all the essentials, yet it never felt cluttered. I can't recommend this property enough! I will definitely be returning for another .

Excellent!

The host seemed to have thought of everything we would need. The kitchen was well-stocked with an intuitive layout, the sitting areas were comfortable with blankets and footrests available for lounging, everything was clean and communication was excellent. We also liked that other guests had left recommendations for dining and entertainment.

This was overall a great experience and I would definitely recommend this location.. it was close to everything you needed.. restaurants, groceries, pharmacy, beaches, water… and my favourite cigar / whiskey bars. 8 minutes from Ybor’s main strip which is a must experience. Thanks again.!

Beautiful quaint home!!

After reading the reviews i was a little worried about the highway noise, but it wasnt an issue at all. The house is beautiful and im sure for a longer stay would've been fantastic. We were there just for 2 nights but loved it. So spacious and beautifully decorated. La Segunda bakery was so close that we walked to go get breakfast and it was a true latin bakery. LOVED IT!. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Mel was great and answered right away when we had any questions. Awesome stay. Loved the chickens and roosters around the neighborhood. Made me feel at home 😊

Everything but fabulous!

4 adult men arrive at the house to find a man living in the garage 6 ft away from the house. All four beds had hair in them! Not one hair, lots of hairs, not one bed all four beds in three different rooms! You wouldn’t find this acceptable anywhere or with anyone. The neighborhood most homes have bars on the windows. Not a safe area? After listening to some locals I would guess not! We moved out immediately! The Host said the guy living in garage her brother. The hairs in bed we would find in hotel rooms. I spend 3-4 nights a week in hotels 3 months a year working and never found hairs in the bed! Fabulous is not how we would described this property! For four adult men not being comfortable staying in this house, moved out and went and stayed in hotel rooms is saying a lot! If you want clean house without hairs in your bed, host found this to be acceptable, we didn’t! A neighborhood you could feel comfortable, safe walking around. Look for another property! Nothing Fabulous at this property.

Super cute home located close to historic Ybor with easy options to get to downtown Tampa. Perfect for activities during the day and then cooking or chilling at home in the evening. Mel, the host, is super helpful and a great communicator!

Casa Grande offers a true sense of hygge. A quiet haven to explore a new city. A short walk to the trolly and Ybor Centro. Downtown’s nightlife is full of great food, happening bar scenes, and lots of art and history.

Our home was built in 1908 and is part of the National Landmark District, VM Ybor. I've renovated nearly the entire home over the past 4 years. Our community park; one block East offers a huge pool and splash pad as well as Pickle Ball courts.
