This studio-style home in North Hyde Park offers a relaxing and inviting Coastal Oasis with an open floor plan. It features a large yard, a private entrance, private parking, and a private bathroom equipped with basic toiletries, a hair dryer, a full-length mirror, a washer and dryer, and a dining table for two. The kitchen includes a stove, oven, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, dishwasher, freezer, refrigerator, and all the cookware you need. I also provide a mini ironing board & iron.

This gem of a location offers easy access to downtown Tampa, the University of Tampa, Soho District, Armature Works, Amalie Arena, Convention Center, Riverwalk, Raymond James, Sparkman Wharf, Midtown, Busch Gardens, International Mall, Tampa International Airport, and major highways leading to beaches like Clearwater Beach and St. Pete Beach. Most of these locations are within an 8-minute drive!

Great location and affordable

This little guest house was perfect for a short getaway! The space was clean and had everything you need to prepare your own meals and it even has laundry, which was great for beach days. The check in process was the only issue we had. It is a Bluetooth lock system that is supposed to send a text message but for some reason the text would not come through. The owner was really responsive and had a key to us within a few hours.

Sweet tiny home in a great location.

Truly a hidden gem. This private little home is in a great location and was so comfortable to stay in. The property was clean and we had no issues. I stayed here with my husband and it was comfortable enough for the both of us. I would stay here again.

Excellent Property

The place is excellent. Very nice, clean and cozy. I never spoke with the host personally. Therefore I cant make an honest review of that. Here are a few things future visitors should know. If you vape it will have be outside or it could cost you 250. If you stay be ready to leave it just as you found it. A few suggestions. Place the address on the gate. Let visitors know to open gate and pull car inside. Type out the wi-fi password. I loved the location and the quitenes. It is worth every penny. U wont be disappointed

Cute place

Lily is very responsive and helpful. It's well equipped and centrally located but very close (1 block) from the interstate and can be noisy if you're enjoying the outdoors. The gate is a hassle if you're traveling solo.

Private Studio close the everything

This studio included a full kitchen and a nicely appointed bathroom with a very nice shower and roomy vanity. The mini-split air conditioning worked very well to keep the apartment comfortable. I has its own privacy fenced entrance and small porch to enjoy coffee on in the morning. I was pleased with the condition, especially since the owner had to make some minor repairs after the hurricane. We made quite a few rideshare trips, and it was very easy and affordable to get to clearwater beach, Raymond James stadium and the river walk. Given it's close proximity to the highway, it was surprisingly quite. Overall, it was a very good value

Perfect get away with everything we needed

My daughter and I stayed for two nights. This was everything we expected and more. We were close to the stadium and a 20 minute drive to Saint Pete. The house was cozy and comfortable, with everything we needed. We are coming back in October and hopefully can stay here again.

This studio house was absolutely perfect for our 3 days in Tampa. The location was amazing, 10 minutes from the airport and stadiums and close to many attractions in the city. The house was beautiful and clean and a perfect size for my husband and I. We had no issues with checking in or out, overall it was a great stay and we would book it again!

Hidden Gem

Great little getaway which served its purpose at a way better rate than local hotels. Clean, cute, private and deligtfully quiet. Close proximity to all things Tampa. Personally not a fan of using a bluetooth app to lock/unlock the door but it worked as designed. Highly recommend this property, good communication from the host.

The property was great. Neighborhood was nice and quiet. Everything was within 5 minutes. Place was nice and clean. Very private as well. Me and my wife enjoyed our time here, and plan on booking again in the future.

Lovely Studio in Tampa

Excellent proximity to everything: restaurants, shopping, bridges. Lily takes pride in her property! She replies to messages right away. Studio has everything you need. Some issues with insects, but nothing overwhelming. It’s Florida, Cozy yard, good shower, good kitchen. Thank you, Lily!
