- The bed in the second bedroom has some kind of thing that adjusts the firmness. We did not know what it was and googled to figure it out. It was surprising to see. - Couch and loveseat are dirty, stained, annd aged. Not comfortable to sit on and did not look or feel clean. Definitely did not look as good as in the pictures on the listing. - lounge chair on balcony is not in great condition- Master shower is raised higher than floor level and would be difficult for someone taller than maybe 5’10” to use. Glass door appeared to be 6’ from floor of shower to top. - Kitchen not well equipped at all for cooking. After seeing what was there we decided not to cook because it was so limited, and we are only 2 people. If we had wanted to cook we would have needed to buy things like cookie sheets, pots, pans. - Dog next door barked often through day and night and was heard inside easily. Seemed to be permanent residents. - balcony is directly over the pool and it was noisy inside the condo- Can hear neighboring condos- showers, toilets flushing, chairs moving, even someone going to the bathroom was heard- Need more hooks in bathroom, there was limited space to put things or hang things - both beds were comfortable - pictures do not match the space with all aspects- would have been nice to have a chair near the balcony to sit and look out from inside. Same with master bedroom. No where inside to sit and still see out but plenty of space to put something.

Property is great. however, this is the second time of being there and the dryer broke during our stay and we had to have our clothes dried elsewhere and one of the pools broke and the other was so crowded.

It was a very clean, updated unit with a great view of the ocean. Only complaint was that management didn’t explicitly tell us how to get code and parking pass until we were already there and had to drive down the road to get it.

Nice Break on Perdido Key

Perfect location and lovely property. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The shaded balcony was a family favorite and caught a nice breeze. Beach and pools uncrowded and everyone we met was very friendly. Will stay here again next time we’re in the Pensacola area.

The place was nice, clean had what we needed, wasn’t a fan of the couches they are fold out beds and they killed my wife a I back. But we are older lol, besides that all was great

New Year’s Getaway

The place was quiet at this time of the yr, which is what we wanted. Great size balcony facing the beach. Loved that the master suite had a king size bed, which you don’t find everywhere. The second bedroom had a queen bed, which was perfect for our adult son. Overall, good place to stay for a long weekend or longer.
