Single level home w/ 2 full bedrooms each with a queen size bed and two full baths. There is a 3rd room set up as an office, which is great for remote working travelers. There is a fold out single size futon in the office for one extra guest.

As you step inside, you`ll immediately be greeted by a contemporary and stylish interior. The open-concept living space is bathed in natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Unwind on the plush leather sofa, catch up on your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV, or simply bask in the tranquility that surrounds you.

The kitchen is a chef`s dream, featuring state-of-the-art appliances, ample counter space, and all the utensils you need to whip up a delicious meal. The open floor plan is bright and sunny. The kitchen has a built-in electric stove-top from there you can see the flatscreen Smart TV.

Our 2 bedrooms have been thoughtfully designed to ensure a peaceful night`s sleep. Sink into the cloud-like comfort of the beds, adorned with premium linens, and wake up rejuvenated and ready to explore all that Boise has to offer. The master bedroom boasts French doors that lead to the patio and expansive back yard. Go outside and have a BBQ, or relax in the two Adirondack chairs or play a game of Bronco Corn Hole!

There is a 3rd room set up as an office, which is great for remote working travelers. There is a fold out single size futon in the office for one extra guest. Though this home is not designed for children - one older child may be considered - please inquire with child`s age if interested. There is a full shower/tub bathroom in the hall and a gorgeous large glassed in shower attached to the master bedroom.

Venture outside and discover the wonders of the area with the two cruiser bikes provided for your convenience. Feel the breeze as you pedal through the charm and quiet neighborhood streets to Bown Crossing or the Greenbelt for exploring the local shops, cafes, and parks. For a bit of friendly competition, engage in a game of corn hole with your travel companions right in the backyard.

The neighborhood is one of the best if you`re looking to have a great time in the Boise outdoors. Barber Park at the Boise River, with public floating available in the summer, is just about a mile away- a 6 minute drive. This is a must-do activity while visiting the area! Other outdoor activities abound, with the Boise Greenbelt for running, walking, or cycling (we have provided bikes for you!) within walking distance. There are numerous hiking trails nearby as well. Helen B. Lowder Park (10 minute walk, 2 minute drive) has free public basketball, pickleball, volleyball and tennis courts to get some enjoyable movement in during your stay. There are also several lovely golf courses in the surrounding area.

Bown Crossing, a shopping, dining, and entertainment hub of Boise, is also within walking distance. With fabulous dining and a public library, Bown Crossing is one of Boise`s most desirable neighborhoods, due to the liveability and walkability of the area. The Idaho Shakespeare Festival, running outdoor shows in the summer and early fall, is a 15 minute bike ride or 10 minute drive away. Bring a picnic and enjoy Shakespeare, musicals, and other plays.

Looking to go farther out in the Treasure Valley? Downtown Boise is 10-15 minutes drive away, as is Boise State University. Northwest Nazarene University is about a 30 minute drive away, with College of Idaho and Idaho Wine Country just beyond that.

Guests have access to the entire home and private back yard.

We love our neighbors! We ask that you treat them with the same respect we would. As such, you are welcome to park in our driveway, but please take care not to block our neighbors` driveways or mailboxes. Please also keep noise levels to a minimum by observing quiet hours after 10 PM.

-No smoking anywhere on the property. This includes vaping and e-cigs. If you need to smoke, please walk at least 50 feet away from the house, and be sure to properly dispose of any cigarette butts
