Escape to a large private mountain retreat on 9.4 acres perched on the peak of Conifer Mountain. This newly renovated home offers stunning unobstructed views. Perfect for families and groups seeking a unique premium Colorado getaway with quick access to Red Rocks, Evergreen, Denver and wedding venues.

This spacious 2,600 sq. ft. home, professionally curated by DuBois Interiors, features premium furnishings and luxury hotel-quality mattresses for ultimate comfort. Large windows and a sprawling deck flood the space with natural light and stunning scenery.

* **Bedrooms & Bathrooms:** The home comfortably sleeps your group with 5 bedrooms and 6 total beds. There are two primary suites with king beds, and two queen bedrooms, the two individual adult extra long twin beds. There are no bunk beds. All bathrooms are newly renovated.

* **Outdoor Living:** Step outside to your private oasis. Unwind in the bubbly hot tub, detox in the barrel sauna, or gather around the firepit. The deck also features a Weber 4-burner grill for afternoon barbecues. For a unique mountain experience, you can try your hand at the private axe-throwing range.

* **Entertainment & Relaxation:** The retreat is designed for fun, featuring a theater room with an 85" flatscreen TV and a soothing massage chair. You'll also find an arcade with all your favorite arcade machines and a foosball table. We have plenty of board games stocked and a reading nook with a large selection of children and adult books. TVs are in every bedroom.

* **For Families:** We welcome families of all ages. The home is equipped with two pack 'n plays, a high chair, a reading nook and safety gates. The yard is also fully fenced for your furry family members. We also provide sleds for use on the property or the nearby free sledding hill.

* **Work & Wellness:** Stay connected with fast Wi-Fi and two dedicated office spaces. For your wellness routine, you'll find a Peloton+ Bike and yoga mats available for your use. The retreat is surrounded by hiking and mountain biking trails.

* **Kitchen & Dining:** The fully stocked and equipped kitchen features a superautomatic espresso machine and a traditional coffee maker to start your day right. Prepare meals while enjoying the view before dining together.

We loved our stay at this beautiful home! The home was spotless and comfortable and we appreciated the hot tub, sauna, and games. The views from the deck are stunning! We visited during the Fall and the colors were spectacular. You can tell the owners have put a lot of thought into their guests having a great experience. We will book again (and stay longer)!

Wow! A wonderful trip in a beautiful setting. Fantastic communication and everything as portrayed and described online. Warren is a fantastic host and we can’t say enough about the view, the wildlife we saw and the family time we spent here. Would highly recommend as some of our other family members chose other homes nearby and none were nearly as good as this property.

Wonderful mountain home with spectacular views; well-maintained and equipped, great for families. A huge array of scenic hiking opportunities nearby; stores and restaurants a few minutes away in Conifer. Very conscientious and responsive host; the Peloton in the lower level malfunctioned and he replaced it the same day! Dog friendly property with back doggy door leading to fenced in run in back yard. You will be immersed in nature, visited by deer and the biggest variety of hummingbirds we have ever seen.

What a great experience!! Warren sent specific instructions on where to park and not to park upon arrival and gave us the option to check in early if we wanted. He answered my crazy questions immediately which was really helpful. The house had everything we needed plus so much more! The beds and pillows were great but the thing I judge more than anything else was good water pressure and HOT water!! The view was the best part of the whole trip….AMAZING!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this glorious mountain home! Not only is it majestic, but it also has a sense of comfort and hominess around every corner. My husband and I traveled with our adult children and a grandbaby and also brought our close friend with a dog and there was space for everyone to be together as well as enjoy alone time. And don't even get me started about all of the amenities, they were fantastic! We enjoyed morning sweat sessions in the sauna, evenings under the stars in the hot tub and a good round of axe throwing in between taking the dog on hikes. The baby enjoyed having miles of obstruction-free and safe surfaces to crawl around due to the furnished baby gates. Then what can be said about the view, it was kind of damp while we were there so we couldn't get full use out of the deck but the views through the windows were breath-taking! Warren was a wonderful and responsive host and I really hope to visit this home again!

Best impression possible

We have been the other vacation rental app for 10 years but decided to give VRBO a try. This was by far the best experience we have had with vacation rentals. Host is above and beyond accommodating and friendly. The home is easy to find and tucked away where you feel like you have the whole range to yourself. Pet friendly, spacious, clean, well stocked, comfortable. I could go on and on. Just an amazing experience

An amazing experience!!

This booking was a getaway for my spouse and her friends. They came back having an amazing experience. It hadn't snowed in Colorado for the past three weeks, but it snowing when they arrived and the view from this house was breathtaking. House was very clean and organized. Warren was an extraordinary manager, easy to contact even late at night. The house was very well equipped with absolutely everything you can imagine and more. Thanks Warren for making her experience something that they will never forget.

Would give it more than 5 stars if we could!

8 of us traveled into Colorado from several states for a friend reunion and had the absolute best time. We spent 4 days there and still didn't get to all of the activities provided on the property. The house was amazing and so clean, the views breathtaking, and Warren was very responsive. We will definitely be staying here again.

Awesome Observatory

Warren’s home is beautiful and super comfortable. We had a total of 7 adults and 2 small children enjoying the stay and there was more than enough room for all of us. Warren thought of everything in regard to comfort and ease of check in. The views from the house are stunning - I had my coffee on the upper front deck every morning. Highly recommend!!!

Loved that there was a tree up for the holidays. The beds were comfortable and there are plenty of fun things to do (hot tub, video games, etc.). Our only compliant was a lack of kitchen towels.

Perfect family stay!

Just stayed for 5 nights with my family (10 of us including 4 kids ages 6-12). We had the best time and my kids were crying when we left because they did not want to leave. You can’t beat the views from this home!! Everything was clean and orderly. We appreciated all of the amenities and the spacious layout. The home had a lot of character without feeling cluttered. Warren was so easy to get in touch with although I didn’t really have to since everything went so smoothly. Would highly recommend staying here!!

Elevation Station

Had a great experience at 9000 ft. Woke up to snow in May and saw a great show at Red Rocks!!! Warren made staying here worth every penny! Called the day before we checked out to ask for the check out list (like every place we’ve stayed has) and Warren said his philosophy is that we were on vacation and we shouldn’t be cleaning. I was floored. Heck we couldn’t even find a broom. Nevertheless we did straighten a little just because we were taught that ☺️

Absolutely Breathtaking!!

We had the most wonderful time staying at this gorgeous rental! It was my husband's 40th birthday and we couldn't have found a better place to bring the family. As we drove up a little deer was just hanging out in the front yard. He slowly walked away so we knew they were comfortable with the locals. He went into the woods and we realized there were two others, just watching us curiously. The second we walked through the door we emailed to see if we could add another day. I wasn't surprised it was already booked. The decor is immaculate. Everything was squeaky clean. The beds were so nice we were checking where they purchased. I was surprised to see how much they invested in upgrades on absolutely everything. So many amenities we didn't have time to do it all. We'll be going back for sure. The host was readily available and beyond helpful with the smallest of requests. There are no words to describe the views. Just unbelievable. I could sit there for days on end taking in God's masterpiece. I just feel grateful we were able to make great memories for his 40th. Truly looking forward to going back!!! Thanks for a lovely stay

I think we found our happy place!

This week far exceeded our expectations! I’ll start with our two families who enjoyed this rental-two sets of parents raising a 13 year old each. Upon pulling up to the bottom of the driveway and finding the wooden Bigfoot cutout, we knew we were about to experience something special. The inside of the house was immaculate with minimalist decor, including some very cool art pieces. Everything you would imagine needing to prepare family meals was included in the well-stocked kitchen and the appliances all seemed very new. The upstairs living area, as well as the front deck, had glorious views of mountains near and far, sunrises and sunsets were majestic! The beds were very comfortable with luxurious bedding and all 3 bathrooms have contemporary feel. While there were a few things we didn’t have time to take full advantage of, the arcade games, foosball table and massage chair were all a big hit! Once we filled up the bird feeders with seed supplied by the owners, we enjoyed a variety of winged visitors. We were even graced with a visit from two deer. We searched for a rental in this area so we could easily drive north, south or west and reach a new destination fairly quickly. The two days it snowed, the driveway was plowed first thing in the morning to help us be on our way. I would highly recommend this home! It has everything a group or large family could ever need and the owner is extremely responsive and easy to work with. We are planning on visiting in the future, maybe summer next time. :-)
