It was really a super spot looking out at the ocean . The only thing I would recommend is to the host is it would be nice to have a regulator coffee pot for coffee drinkers - Krups cups are wasteful and inconvenient .

The balcony view was amazing!! Being so close to coconut market place, a short walk, was very convenient. Good food and shopping. Beach swimming is a 30 ft walk. The pool and tiki bar is about the same distance from the condo. The kitchenette is not equipped for preparing meals but fine for storing and heating leftovers or prepared food from ABC store. Overall a magical stay.

This rental is a treasure. Before and during our stay communication was excellent. I think this is the best room in the resort. The view was incredible and we loved watching the sunrise from the deck each morning. It is close to the pool but not too close. Just perfect height for ocean view. It was easy walking distance to favorite restaurant Lava Lava as well as other exciting things to do like pick up area for kayak tours. It is halfway around the island making trips to north or south easy. We spent a week here and hope to come back soon. The landscaping of area is beautiful. Thank you for helping our 30th anniversary trip truly magical

We enjoyed our stay!

The location is perfect for any activity you want do on Kauai. The view from the room was beautiful.The property was clean, the plants and trees were well maintained and you had access to most of the amenities. (Just not Laundry) They did tell us there was a laundromat close by.The room was clean and comfortable as a bonus you have 2 folding chairs, a snorkel set and cooler for your beach use.We enjoyed sitting on the deck watching the ocean, chickens and the people that would walk by. Several restaurants and the Coconut Market are in walking distance and Safeway was just a 3 minute drive away. The few cons we did experience were:The sink is a little small for washing plates and cutting boards.The coffee maker! Yes it was a kuerig. We bought an adapter to eliminate the kuerig plastic cup waste. I’m just saying there is nothing wrong with just a basic coffee maker.If we went back would we rent this Vrbo again the answer would be yes.

The condo was great! Exactly how it is in the pictures. They had beach chairs, snorkel gear and towels for beach days! It’s a good, central location on the island. Can be on the North Shore in 35 minutes, and can be in Waimea Canyon in an hour. Great shops and food nearby as well! The pool and hot tub was nice and the beach was a great view all week long!

Nice stay in Kauai

The place was good for our needs but it was outdated and the bed was firm and uncomfortable. The kitchen was very small and we didn’t realized sothere was a hot plate to use for cooking until midway through our trip. We appreciated the beach chairs and snorkel gear available. We loved the beachfront access where we sat each morning and had our coffee and breakfast. Lava Lava Beach Club was also just 100 ft away and we had dinner and drinks there a few times. Would consider staying again. Thank you!

Loved this location

Room was very clean and comfortable. The location is great if you plan on doing things all over the island. The grounds were immaculate and the pool was very nice. Access to the Coconut Marketplace convenience store was nice. Would highly recommend renting this listing!

Awesome seaside bungalow

Description of this property was spot on! Check in was easy and property manager was extremely helpful. Location of the property was beautiful and we enjoyed waking to the sunrise and listening to the ocean. Easy access to restaurants, shopping and getting to all points of interest. If we didn’t feel like driving, we could walk next door to the Coconut Market Place which had restaurants, shops and a market. Super convenient, clean and friendly. Had an awesome experience. The TV was impossible to figure out even with the multiple instructions. There isn’t a HDMI2! We didn’t care too much as we don’t watch a lot of TV but you need better instructions for the next guest.

Becoming a morning person

View is accurate from pictures. I wanted to get up in the morning to enjoy the view and the sound of waves rather than sleep in. Rental was clean with an air purifier to run. I did have a sinus/allergy attack which probably was curtain and bedding. Water pitcher and basic kitchen supplies were provided. Was able to reheat in microwave or toaster oven. Location is great with Lava Lava Beach Club and Coconut Marketplace an easy walk. Parking was easy for Islander on the Beach. This was perfect place for a first time visitor to Kauai.

The location is awesome, it was beautiful to have that amazing ocean view right outside the door. The coconut marketplace is less than a 5 minute walk away and has great restaurants and stores. Awesome place!
