"Answered Prayers" is a beautiful 6-bedroom cottage located in the heart of Seaside and will be the perfect location for your family's vacation. Park the car when you arrive and never move it again, as you can walk to the shops, restaurants, and beach in just a few minutes.

This quaint beach cottage is located at 141 Smolian Circle on a corner lot and has ample porch space and a huge yard for the kids to play in. The entry door brings you into the kitchen area, which is equipped with high-end appliances and looks toward the open-concept dining and living area. The dining area has a large, round dining table with seating for seven, and the breakfast bar has barstools to seat three. The cozy living area has three comfortable sofas perfect for your group to sit, reconnect, and recharge. Walk through a set of French doors to the screened-in porch that overlooks the back courtyard. The porch features ample conversational seating and a bed swing and is the ideal place to watch the little ones play in the courtyard. The house is also equipped with a Culligan High Efficiency Water Softener system, which removes calcium, magnesium, and iron from the water.

Just off the kitchen is a butler's pantry with an additional refrigerator that leads to one of the guest rooms that will be perfect for the younger members of your family. The room is outfitted with 2 sets of bunk beds and a full-sized Murphy bed that pulls down out of a built-in cabinet. (Sleeps 6 total) The ensuite bathroom has a single vanity and a tub/shower combo.

The second floor is where you will find 4 guest bedrooms, including the king primary, as well as the laundry room. At the top of the stairs, there is a bedroom with a twin bed. Just down the hall, there is a guest bedroom with a queen-sized bed with a connecting door to a bathroom equipped with a single vanity and a stand-up shower. The third guest bedroom has a king-sized bed and an ensuite private bathroom with a single vanity and a stand-up shower. The primary suite is located just down the hallway and has a king-sized bed. Step down into the primary bathroom, which has double vanities, a soaking bathtub, and a stand-up shower.

Walk up the outdoor staircase to the 3rd-floor viewing tower, which provides 360-degree views of Seaside. Enjoy an evening cocktail and watch the sunset with a bird's eye view. This is sure to be one of your favorite locations in the home!

The carriage house is located just inside the back courtyard. The stairway takes you to the living quarters on the second floor, where you will find a living space, a kitchenette, and a queen-sized bed. The bathroom has a single vanity and a tub/shower combo.
