The Space:
An open styled loft with a King size bed and queen sized sleeper sofa! Modern kitchen and bathroom and plenty of seating for your group!

Guest Access:
You will have private access to the entire loft.

The Neighborhood:
-Located in the heart of downtown - close to nightlife, popular restaurants, and shopping
-Target is located on the first level of our building!
-2 minute walk to Georgia Theatre
-7 minute walk to Classic Center
-10 minute walk to Sanford Stadium

Getting Around:
Once you park, you can walk everywhere!

Please note they are currently doing construction directly next to us. This occurs weekdays only.
There is no on-site parking. All parking is paid off site. There are 2 city owned garages close by located at College Avenue and Washington Street. The first thirty minutes are free in both decks, after which it’s just $1.00/hour. Street spots are also available on a first come first serve basis.
Please note: Game days and event days will be busy downtown. Please plan ahead with parking.

Air mattress is available upon request for 2 extra guests. We have to be given an advanced noticed and there is an additional guest fee required.
