The luxurious primary suite features a spacious room with a king bed, lavish bathroom with the finest hand picked fixtures and finishes and custom built-in closet. There are also two additional queen bedrooms, a guest bath, and full size washer/dryer on the second floor. Downstairs, you'll find an in-law's suite complete with a separate living space, fully stocked kitchen, king bed and full bathroom.

Completed with shellstone pavers and artificial grass, the backyard leaves no detail spared. BBQ on the Weber gas grill or try smoking on the Big Green Egg charcoal grill. Take a dip in the heated pool that includes a baja shelf and bubbler, ideal lounging or play. Bringing your boats isn’t a problem, as this house has 50’ of concrete dockage and comes outfitted with a 15,000 lb boat lift and commercial size ice maker to keep your dinner or cocktails cold for those long days on the water. Only a short idle up the canal and you will be able to fuel up your vessel at the neighboring gas station. This is a prime boater's location as you are provided direct access to the Florida Bay and quick access to the Atlantic Ocean through Tavernier Creek, which has approximately 15’ of clearance.

Located just a short distance from a variety of amazing restaurants, you'll never go hungry. Old Tavernier, a locals' favorite, has been serving up delicious meals since 1988, making it a must-visit. Don’t miss happy hour at Crooked Palm Cabana, where you can indulge in craft cocktails, local brews, and wood-fired bites. For your everyday needs, Tavernier Towne Plaza is just a two-minute drive north and offers a range of essentials, including grocery shopping, a pharmacy, and a post office. Plus, if you're looking for even more excitement, Downtown Islamorada is only 10 minutes south, boasting endless restaurants, breweries, shopping, and activities to explore. Key West is a beautiful two hour drive south.

Reservation Deposit & Cancellations: A reservation deposit equal to one-half (50%) of the total reservation amount is due at the time of booking. TENANT shall be entitled to a refund of the one-half (50%) reservation deposit, less any non-refundable fees, if the reservation is cancelled at least 60 days prior to the occupancy date. The remaining balance, including any required security deposit, is due no later than 60 days prior to the occupancy date. If the cancellation occurs within 60 days of the occupancy date, the full reservation amount shall be non-refundable. If the booking is made less than 60 days prior to the occupancy date, the full reservation amount shall be due at the time of booking, and TENANT shall not be entitled to a refund of any amounts paid in the event of cancellation. As an exception to the foregoing, TENANT shall be entitled to a refund of all amounts paid if COASTAL re-rents the property for the same amount and for the full rental period. If the property is re-rented for fewer days or at a lower rate, COASTAL may deduct from the refund the difference between the total amount due under TENANT’s original reservation (including all taxes and fees) and the amount received from the subsequent rental.
