They host was great no issues with her, the house was beautiful very comfortable and had what we needed. I wish some of the lights would’ve worked in the kitchen/dining area. However the ones that we needed did. Overall I’d definitely recommend this spot and will probably stay again in the future

It’s our goal to provide a 10/10 experience for each reservation and as local residents, we are fortunate to be readily available to address issues quickly and with minimal disruption to your vacation. Had we known about the kitchen/dining lights, I assure you we would have been more than happy to remedy that immediately. Throughout your visit and even in our extensive post-check out text conversation re the missing beach towel, there was no mention of the lighting issue so we weren’t aware there was a problem. After reading your review I did check with the current guests and they confirmed all the lights are working properly. Thank you for your feedback as it helps us continue providing the level of hospitality our guests have come to expect. Thank you again for choosing our home, we wish you the best!

Ginny’s home is fantastic! It brings back memories of vacations on the shore, but with all the amenities! Everything you need to enjoy your time at the beach is here. If you are “forced” to cook here, you will find pretty much all you need. If you bring your fur pups, the backyard is fenced, so they can play back there safely!The location is perfect. Not far off the bridge and right across from the beach access. Ginny was quick to answer any questions we had, and made our trip so much easier! Don’t want to leave, but definitely will be back!

Guests like these are why we love sharing our home! A spontaneous side quest to Holden with a last minute reservation? Absolutely! So glad we were able to accommodate you guys! I especially appreciate the inquiries for local restaurants and businesses—but you both already had a solid outline for the perfect 4-day itinerary. An ideal balance of eco-adventure, local sightseeing, excellent food (especially breakfast!) and local shops. You guys fit so much in your stay! Such a cute little place with everything you need to enjoy a stay at the beach. Nice front porch area to enjoy the evenings!

The perfect spot

If you’re looking for a home with quick beach access while traveling with a small party, this is the ideal place to book. We stayed with 3 adults and 2 small children, the home was perfect. It had everything we needed and the owner was very helpful. We can’t wait to come back!

Girls get away

We enjoyed our stay, the house was perfect for us 3 and 2 little dogs. Clean and everything we could have needed. Kitchen was well stocked. We will definitely be booking again with Ginny. She was so nice and helpful with any issue we had. Enjoyed meeting her.

LOVE this home!

We had an amazing stay at this colorful, eclectic, and cheery home. Beach access is just across the street. The house was super clean and comfortable. I loved sitting on the front porch with my pups. Ginny was very responsive with communication. We will definitely be back!!

Comfortable house with great beach access

Our family had a great stay at Holden and in this house. Not far from the causeway so quick on and off the island. Beach access is just across the road. The house was very clean and had all the necessities. If your a close knit family that doesn't mind sharing a bath then it will be a great choice! We hope to be back soon.

Perfect cozy getaway with gorgeous views

Beautiful cozy, clean, comfy!! Great location, just steps from the beach and restaurants, shops. Perfect backyard for four legged babies. Decorated perfectly for a serene vacation. Kitchen equipped and very clean! Owner was so accommodating and helpful with any questions. Easy entry. Will definitely visit again.

Relaxing Getaway

My husband and I and our dog just got back from staying at this cozy and beautiful house for 4 nights. It was the perfect location with beach access right across the street and located right off the bridge. The house was SO cozy, very clean and tidy, and made us feel right at home. We would absolutely stay here again! No issues whatsoever while staying there, it was all perfect! Thank you to the owners of this home for allowing us to share the comfort of this beach house for the week!

Classic Beach Cottage

We love Holden Beach and this house really added to a great overall experience for our family! Loved the cottage feel to it, beautifully decorated! Very clean house, well stocked kitchen (we enjoy cooking) and literally steps from putting your feet on the sand. We brought our dog and certainly appreciated the fenced back yard. Would definitely look at this home for a future visit. Thanks!

adorable place

I would definitely stay again. Beach access is right accross the street, grocery stores and restaurants are minutes away. The house is decorated so cute,and is well stocked with kitchen tools,towels,etc. The owner was very easy to communicate with and quick to respond. It was very clean. It was great for our family,which included two kids. You can see the beach from the porch,which has plenty of comfortable seating to enjoy. We would definitely stay again.

Wonderful!

This home is absolutely charming. It felt like an authentic beach house. Everything was clean and was very well stocked with everything we needed - bath towels, linens, beach towels, blankets, family games, and the kitchen had everything we could have ever needed. I enjoyed the attention to detail the owners have put in to the decor, very beach. The beds were very comfortable, and the A/C worked great! Loved the location with the beach access right across the street. Wish we could have stayed for another week!!

Beautiful Classic Carolina Beach Cottage

Superb property and wonderful owner. This classic North Carolinas beach cottage was a delight: clean, beautiful old wooden floors, brand new HVAC system that kept the house cold on a warm weekend, dog friendly with a great fenced in backyard, and an owner that was very responsive to our needs. I cannot say enough about it and I will certainly be back to stay in the future. Thank you, Ginny!
