Wonderful open floor plan, beautifully decorated house located on the intercoastal waterway in Holden Beach. Bring you boat or enjoy a day of fishing off the dock.. Home has a very open living area and is surrounded by many porches and viewing areas. There is a wonderful crow's nest that can be used to take in the amazing sunsets. Walking distance to beach, marina, shops and restaurants 3 spacious bedrooms and a loft area provide comfortable accommodations for 10 guests.

This is a great property. Jon is an amazing host. When we arrived, the power was out due to some weather related issues. The owner had an electrician come right out to the house to assist. Great service.

Great Boat Trip

Great views!

We had a wonderful stay, the house is comfortable snd had ecerything we needed. We enjoyed relaxing on the dock and the porch. Host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Would definitely rent again!

Great house for a family vacation!

We loved our time here! The house was open and great for our little one to toddle around. It was close to the beach, playground and restaurants. At the end of the day, we enjoyed sitting outside in the evening and watching the sunset.

Awesome Stay!!

The house couldn’t have been better! The bedrooms and bathrooms were very nice and spacious, the kitchen had most anything you could need, and the outdoor space the house had was awesome and wonderful! And not to mention the dock with access to the sound! The communication with the property managers was great and we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Thanks so much!!

We had a lovely and relaxing stay in this beautiful home. My kids had a great time. We went crabbing, kayaking, fishing and lots of relaxing! So great! Highly recommend!

Wonderful vacation

Very nice. We loved the boardwalk and dock on the sound. The walk to the beach wasn’t bad at all. The house was very comfortable and nicely decorated. We would definitely stay here again.

Great getaway!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was clean, well stocked with kitchen items, and was in a perfect location! Walkable to beach and restaurants. The best part was the dock out to the intercoastal! It was perfect for fishing with all the kids!

Number of occupants is incorrect

It is listed for 6 adults and 4 kids. But beds only for 4 adults and 4 kids. Also upstairs bathrooms does not have locks in any of the doors. Overall experience is ok. Not as excpected for the price.

Wonderful stay at Holden Beach.

My family of 5 visited Holden Beach for the first time and stayed at this property. It was a fabulous location to the beach (about .25 mile walk). The property backs up to the intercostal and has truly beautiful views. We buoyed fishing off the dock and watching boats go by. It is also on a street with no outlet on one side so it was very quiet with little car or foot traffic. The owners were very quick to respond to questions and left a sweet gift for us. We would definitely rent this property again.

Intercoastal waterway at Holden Beach

Overall the property is in great location. With 2 young children walking to the beach wasn't a great option. but we were able to go later in the afternoon and find parking. There were a few maintenance issues but owners were very responsive. I would have liked to have had the light switches labeled and a instructions for each TV as they were all a little different. Overall we enjoyed our stay for our first time at this beach.

Our amazing water way home is surrounded by wonderful porches and amazing sunsets. We are less than 5 minutes from the beach and a quick walk to the marina, restaurants and shops. On summer weekends, there are concerts and festivals underneath the bridge and across the water way at Betty's Restaurant. Holden Beach is a wonderful island that is relaxing and fun. Bring your boar, charter a fishing excursion , paddle board down the waterway or just sit on the porch and relax. Our home will not let you down!!
