This fully updated luxury condo features a wide open concept with gourmet kitchen and beautiful views of Beaver Creek ski area. Quiet end unit and plenty of space for all to spread out. Two bedrooms. King Master with ensuite full bath with heated tile floors. Other bedroom has a full bed/ twin bunkbed and another twin bed. Smart TV with all streaming services. Kitchen is equipped for the pro chef and is completely open and features heated tile floors. Instant hot water tap, additional beverage fridge, full stainless upgraded appliances. Living room is super cozy with direct Beaver Creek views and automatic gas fireplace. Smart TV with sound bar with Disney, Apple TV, Netflix, Prime, Master Class, Peleton streaming services.

Building includes underground gated parking for two cars, elevator, concierge desk, full gym on the second floor with mountain views, and services in the building and nearby. Gondola is steps out the door. Rec Center, library, Nottingham lake next door and every restaurant and shop in Avon is a quick walk.

Condo is fully furnished with a full kitchen, laundry in unit and plenty of towels, paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, soap. Enjoy an extended stay with everything you need including a very fast Wifi.

Great condo

Beautiful and well appointed condo close to transportation hub. We had an easy time getting to the mountain and around town. Great location for a ski vacation.

Perfect Ski Vacation

We had a blast. The condo was clean and comfortable. Host was extremely responsive. The gondola is right across the street. We stayed for five days but wish we could have stayed longer. We will miss this place!

Great place, close to Gondola, nice View

This place was well stocked, and clean. Fourth level condo all on a single floor, with a great view of the mountain. The walk to the gondola was shorter than expected.

Perfect ski getaway!

We had a 4 day ski trip and loved everything about this unit! So close to the gondola with 2 kids there was no complaining about walking in ski boots! The unit was close to everything we needed we walked everywhere. I would definitely recommend and can’t wait to go back!

Perfect!

This place was very clean and had everything we needed. Location was great- short walk to the gondola for skiing, no need to ride any buses or park at the resort. Highly recommend this condo.

What a great place for a ski vacation

The gondola was a 1 minute walk away - then a quick lift ride up the beaver creek expresses and you were on the mountain.The condo was extremely well furnished, eveything you could need plus more. It was not only clean when we got there, but surprisingly easy to keep clean. My kids loved the bunk bed - all the TV's worked great and we really enjoyed being in the heart of Avon.

Ski vacation with husband and two adult sons

We loved the location of the condo, especially skiing Beaver Creek. Short walk to gondola. Restaurants within walking distance. Also skied Vail which was an easy drive. Condo has nicely stocked kitchen for cooking. Very comfortable, simple and clean. We would definitely come back again!

Great stay

Demetri is a great host. He communicated well. Condo was as described, clean, and the Seasons at Avon was filled with owners and renters, all welcoming and helpful to each other. Condo is an easy walk to the gondola or bus. Exactly what you would want skiing out of Avon.

Convenient Location to the Riverfront Express Gondola

The unit was open and light, very clean and well appointed. It was up to date for the age of the building and the heated floors in the bathrooms were incredible! The host was responsive to any questions or needs we had and it was easy to access while in Avon. Also very convenient to the Gondola, less than a 5 minute walk and Base Mountain sports is right next door for ski rentals.

Amazing Stay in Avon

We were very satisfied with the condition of the condo. Everything was clean and the appliances were top notch! We enjoyed watching the humming birds and kept them feed. The view was great - we would have loved being right up to Eagle River but we didn't have far to walk to get there. All in all, it was a great trip. (BTW, I did leave some jeans in a drawer - any way I can get them back?) I didn't even think to check while packing to leave on Saturday.

Location

The property seems a bit aged but in a great location. Our unit was not “luxury” as advertised. Furnishings are average, the master toilet leaked from day one and the gas fireplace had issues. I notified the owner and although he communicated back quickly he didn’t seem concerned about the bathroom leak. The unit has easy parking underground and easy mountain access and town dining and shopping. Stay here for view and location!

Modern Ski Condo

This condo is across the street from the Riverside Gondola and a quick walk to the grocery. The condo is newly renovated ,tastefully decorated, and has a beautiful view of the Beaver Creek ski resort:) Manager was very responsive to all our needs. Would definitely stay here again:)

Fantastic Property

Place was home away from home. Had everything down to the spices for my chili in a Dutch oven. Location couldn't be better. Beds were comfortable and warm along with the heated floors. Minutes from the recreational center where the kids had a blast. I'd 100% stay here again. Was fantastic!

When not rented our family of four love staying in this home

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

The location cannot be beat. The view is amazing. We love the heated tile floors and the concrete building makes it virtually soundproof.

End unit makes it quiet and this is the only unit to be fully opened to spread out from the kitchen to the living for modern living.
