This mountainside chalet is located about 1/2 mile from the Bryce Resort Lodge on a sparsely populated mountain road. Come enjoy the woodland serenity from the huge double decks (one covered, one uncovered) and the large, private saltwater hot tub! The circular driveway accommodates three vehicles end to end. Access to the cabin is along a ramped walkway (no stairs) from the driveway. Located within the Bryce Resort community, this cabin is a 15 minute walk (steep) from the Resort's main lodge and ski/bike lifts, and 2 miles from the Basye Community Store, The Burn Barrel & RHouse restaurants, and Pale Fire Brewing Company.

FEATURES & AMENITIES:
Upon entry to the main level, the foyer opens to a great room with huge vaulted ceilings, a south-facing wall of windows, and a huge deck with seating, an umbrella, a fire table, and hot tub. The living area includes a comfortable sofa and chair, a stone wood-burning fireplace, and a large smart TV above the mantle. Watch your favorite TV shows and movies with your preferred streaming providers. The kitchen and dining room are also located in the great room. The kitchen includes basic cookware, tableware, appliances, and a Keurig coffee maker (K-cups provided, but please bring your favorite roast/flavor). The dining area accommodates 10 at the family-style table, with additional seating for two at the kitchen bar. Access to the hot tub is through the sliding glass door in the dining area. Also on the main floor are two bedrooms (one with queen bed, one with king bed) and a full bathroom.

The loft area features a balcony with a reading area and a conversation area/study, a bedroom with queen bed, a bunk room with two bunk beds (one twin/twin, one twin/double), and another full bathroom.

The lowest level features a large recreation room with Foosball table, NBA Jam game console, large smart TV, sectional sofa, and high-top table for four. The rec room extends out onto the covered screened-in deck with ping pong table and dining table. BONUS for kids: find the hideaway secret room! The stairway between the main and lower floor includes a door to preserve the tranquility of the main level from the lower level game area.

The chalet is equipped with bedding (pillows, bedspreads, blankets), fresh bed linens, one towel set per max occupants, one travel-size bar soap per max occupants, two rolls toilet paper per bathroom, two dishwasher tabs, five trash bags, one bath trash bag per bathroom, one paper towel roll, one kitchen dish towel, one travel-size dish soap, and one scrubby pad. We encourage guests with large groups, or who are staying several nights, or who are heavy users of consumable supplies to bring extra supplies or purchase them at the local Basye Community Store.

WiFi internet is provided by AT&T 5G Wireless Broadband, which is sufficient for working, video conferencing, web browsing, and TV streaming.

**This is a self-check-in property. Guests will receive Check-in Instructions via email seven days prior to the arrival date, or immediately if booking within seven days. The Check-in Instructions include the property address, driving directions, a unique Key Code, WiFi log-in credentials, and other important preparatory information.

Pets are permitted for a $100 fee per pet, per stay (maximum two).

This property has a professionally-maintained outdoor hot tub and gas grill.

Guests are advised that this property may be difficult to access during winter storm events; parking at the Resort and walking to the property is advised unless guest has four/all-wheel drive vehicles.

Guests have unlimited access to the Bryce Mountain Escapes pool at our check-in office (2565 Orkney Grade, Mount Jackson, VA 22842), which is about 2.9 miles from this cabin. See pictures of our pool in the unit listing. It's open 9am-5pm, Monday through Saturday between Memorial Day and Labor Day.

Quiet hours after 10:00pm and before 8:00am are strongly enforced by the local security and police.
