This spacious waterfront condo offers canal access with a private boat slip and balconies on both levels to take in the view.

~Main Floor: Large family room, fully equipped kitchen, pool table, garage, half bath, and main deck.
-Living Room Sofa Bed to accommodate two additional guests or air mattress. All additional beds are Queen size.

~Second Floor:
-Primary Suite – King bed, ensuite bathroom, and private balcony
-Second Bedroom – Queen bed, TV, and private hallway bathroom
-Hallway Laundry Room -Detergent provided
-Pack and play with sheets for infants

Pets
Dogs are allowed at a max of 2 dogs under 50 lbs. each and must be well behaved. Not allowed to be left inside the home unsupervised at any time and a pet fee applies for each pet for the entirety of the stay. Pets are charged per-pet-per stay.

Guest Access
Guests have access to the entire property except for the owner’s closet in the primary bathroom (locked for owner use & supplies).
Parking is limited to one space in front of the garage or in the garage. Street parking is available nearby.
