Gather your family & friends & enjoy this large updated home in a great location! Close to restaurants, entertainment, skiing, hiking, biking, Frisco Marina, and grocery. You'll enjoy a private hot tub, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 decks, & a game room!

The home has been recently renovated & it is equipped
with Keurig coffee, fireplace, ping pong, & paddleboard.

3 parking spots are available in the summer, and snow-dependent 2 in the winter (no covered parking).

This is a dog friendly property, please NO CATS.
PLEASE NOTE that there is no snow removal for the two private decks or backyard. The two decks will have snow and ice during winter months, please use at your own discretion. Shovels are provided for guest use.

Comfortable retreat

Amazing location, super easy to get to and from main Street in Frisco. The hot tub was such a nice addition, and open kitchen and living room was a great place to hang out. Would stay again.

Great time and location for skiing!

We had a 40th Birthday Guys' ski trip. Perfect set up and location. The house was awesome. We have some coffee snobs in the group, and the house had a Kuerig but no drip coffee maker. Our host ordered a really nice coffee maker for the house and dropped it off! Outstanding service!

Expectations Exceeded!

This beautiful home provided our family all the amenities and more of ski vacation in the Colorado mountains. This property is a short walk to the town of Frisco and an easy drive to several ski resorts all within 45 minutes. The large hot tub and beautiful wood burning fireplace was the perfect way to end our days. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook in all week. Sanam was incredibly responsive to our inquiries about Frisco throughout the week and ensured that we had everything we needed to have the best week!

We could not have been happier with our stay, the property was very nice, clean and welcome. I love that the contact was directly with the owner, not a property manager, she is very attentive e easy communication.

Nice relaxing gettaway

This is a great location and beautiful house for a nice family get away. My teens enjoyed the ping pong and we all enjoyed the hot tub. Our host was outstanding! We would stay again and in fact my kids wanted to stay longer next time!

Wonderful stay and location

This property is in a nice quiet location, with a short walk to Main Street Frisco. It is well appointed with everything you may need. The kitchen is well stocked with spices and cooking utensils. The hot tub is nice to come home to after a full day of skiing. It is close to some great ski resorts Breckenridge, Copper Mountain and Vail.The owner was very easy to communicate with and very helpful. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

Fabulous Frisco!

This townhouse was my home for a month. It was full of light, clean, great location, very comfortable beds, wonderful wood burning fireplace and roof top jacuzzi! The kitchen was well equipped , and we used the outside grill several times. Sanam is the most gracious and responsive hostess! I will definitely look to rent from her in the future. Thank you. ❤️

The Week Before Christmas Stay

Truly can’t say enough about this wonderful property. It has everything you need. Clean and modern amenities. It’s also a close proximity to town and only 10 mins from Copper Mountain skiing. Perfect for families traveling with pets!

Family Time

This home was a great location to all there is in the area, as well as a short walk into the cute little town of Frisco. The deck off the kitchen has plenty of seating, so we spent a good bit of time out there. The inside is adequate but a little small for 6 to hang out. The garage as a game room was a great overflow, allowing for the extra space to spread out.

Our family has stayed in Frisco many times over the last decade. Sanam's place was one of the most comfortable we have stayed while there. It is very simply and tastefully decorated and has everything you need to be comfortable with some really nice additions such as the ping pong table and hot tub! It's a short walk to Main Street and an easy drive to multiple ski areas. Sanam herself is delightful and was very responsive whenever we had any questions. We will be back!

This is a beautiful home in a residential neighborhood near Frisco Main Street. You'll enjoy TWO outdoor decks with wonderful views and a wood burning fireplace.

There are 3 good size bedrooms & 3 bathrooms. The master with en suite bath is located on the top floor, the main floor has the kitchen, living area, and bathroom, and the downstairs level has two bedrooms, one bathroom, an additional living area, and the laundry. There is a new bullfrog hot tub off of the master bedroom deck.

The garage has been converted into a game room with ping pong. The garage is not available for parking. There is one parking spot available behind the garage, and another spot in front of the property (please note for this additional spot 4/all wheel vehicle is highly recommended).

There are 2 smart TV’s (living and downstairs) and a TV in ping-pong game room with numerous DVDs.

There is a pack & play and high chair.

We only use white linens and towels so you can see for yourself how clean everything is.

Plow service for the driveway is provided. PLEASE NOTE that there is no snow removal for the two private decks or backyard.

Please note that I do not provide firewood. Firewood can be purchased from Walmart which is approximately one mile away.
