Newly renovated! Two kings and bunks!Welcome to Paradise! Luxury Beach Front!

Luxury throughout! Beautiful updated condo on the beach! New mattresses and furniture. Indoor and outdoor pool, theater and arcade. Restaurant on site and covered parking garage. Easy walking distance to Pier Park. Wake up and have coffee on your private balcony while watching dolphins!

This is not your usual investor owned property-this is our family's vacation home we share with friends and our guests. We take pride in it and we want you to enjoy it as well. You can expect our home to be to fully equipped, updated, and clean...and if there is any issue, we want to know and we'll fix it. The TVs are highest quality 4k, name brand and huge (we love our football and baseball); the mattresses are new and incredibly high quality; and the remodeled kitchen with quartz waterfall has everything from air fryer and crockpot to a full set of utensils and cutlery. We leave four new beach chairs, umbrella and beach toys. Also for your convenience there’s a high chair and pack and play. I hope your family loves it as much as ours does!

We had the best time during our vacation! Becky was a phenomenal host. She was very responsive to any and all questions. She checked in on us regularly and even after check out! The condo was clean and perfect for our little families. 10/10 would recommend and look forward to staying again!

Check in was easy, even though we arrived late at night. Condo was clean, WiFi worked great. We had one issue while we were there, with the garbage disposal, Becky and her team were prompt to get someone there to fix it right away. She was very responsive to any questions we had along the way!

Honestly everything about this place is Perfect! The views from the 12th floor are great. The entire stay was relaxing and easy. The host Becky was very responsive to messages and even checked to see if everything was good. Will definitely be back.

Amazing veiw! comfort of home away from home

Perfect place to stay. Everything you would need from cooking to pack n play to a high chair beach chairs and umbrella with beach towels. We went during a very busy time of 4th and yes at high times u have to wait a bit to get on them but u just got to know when to come and go when not busy or have people stand at another one to see which comes first lol. The elevator will not stop us from coming back to this condo again it was peaceful and perfect for us. We normally get up and go early and are out all the time, this time we actually slept in and no rush to get out and about. Very relaxing place. The owner is amazing to rent from.

Perfect getaway!

Our family loved our recent stay in this beautiful condo! The view is nothing short of amazing, and the amenities were exactly what we needed. I am a big review reader on anywhere I stay and noticed a lot of people complaining about the elevator wait times at Tidewater. I expressed my concern to Becky and she gave me extremely helpful tips and tricks to avoid any long wait times. We didn’t have any troubles! She also made sure to keep in communication with us and make sure our stay was just perfect. If I had any questions, she was very quick to respond throughout the entire process. If you are looking to stay in PCB, I would highly recommend checking this one out!

Beautiful condo. Comfortable seating and bedding. Condo was equipped with anything we needed. There were beach towels and 4-6 beach chairs we could take to the beach. I was surprised by this as I’ve never had these provided in any other rental. The host was wonderful and always quickly responded to my questions. Would stay here again. The only negative I can say was the elevators. 4pm-6pm was the worse because of it also being check in time. However, any large condo community is going to experience this during peak season. I would definitely stay here again. It was a great girls weekend.

The condo was absolutely nice, and comfortable. It had everything you need for a good time. The beach was gorgeous. Slept like a baby in the beds. The condominium and elevators was a tad too busy and had to take the stairs a few times but obviously not the hostages fault. They had amazing communication and checked on us several times during our stay!

Sugar Shores is a beautiful condo on the beach. It was stocked with everything we needed. The owners were in touch to make sure everything was going well. We had a great time! If you're looking for a nice comfortable place to stay in Panama City, Sugar Shores is it.

Becky’s place is absolutely beautiful. It is very well stocked and she went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. We are month long renters and will be back next year!

Last Minute Beach Stay

Fantastic condo for our last minute beach stay! I must have overlooked it but was pleasantly surprised to find there was a 3rd bathroom which was great for our kids to use. The view was fantastic and we even saw dolphins! We hope to come back and stay again!

Condo was FANTASTIC

Condo was everything that was described online. VERY Close to Pier Park, parking was easy and in the middle of all the action. It was spacious and very clean! Be prepared to wait a long time for the elevator but that comes with staying at Tidewater. The property manager was on top of everything. We had a small issue and they jumped on solving it. Would definitely recommend this condo.

Best Host Ever

We absolutely loved our stay at Sugar Shores in Tidewater! Becky is an amazing host! Excellent communication the entire time. The condo is beautiful and has absolutely everything you could ever need. We saw dolphins every morning. Love the location. I don’t have anything bad to say at all. Would definitely recommend and stay again!!

Beautiful Updated Beachfront Condo in Great Location

This is a very nice, clean, updated condo. The owners have done a wonderful job decorating to create a beautiful space that is also very comfortable. The two bedrooms both have en suite bathrooms and there is an additional full bathroom in the bunk area. We are a family of four and both of our teenagers brought friends. The kids all loved hanging out at the beach, pool and on the balcony. The 4th of July fireworks show from the balcony was awesome! The condo is in a location that makes it possible to park when you get there and walk to food and shopping. Pier Park is visible from the condo and the older teenage boys walked there one day. I believe it was roughly a mile. The owner was very responsive during our stay. We were able to use the beach chairs from the storage room (very convenient storage area by the way) which was nice since we left ours at home. The only downside to the whole trip was the elevators which is no reflection on the condo or owners. I understand they are working on updating so some may have been down at the time and it was 4th of July weekend and packed. We just waited for the elevators when hauling our stuff in and out and got plenty of exercise courtesy of the stairs the rest of the time.

We are not typical investors. My husband and I are retiring to the part of the world he grew up in, and we are sharing our personal vacation homes that we bought and use for our own family. Our four children (and their families and friends and now four grandchildren) absolutely love making memories at Sugar Shores with every year. We want to provide a good value, but if you are looking for just the least expensive (and least cared for and least updated) place to put the most people possible...that's not how we travel and we aren't that place. Instead, you'll find the best of everything we enjoy for ourselves...new furnishings, superb electronics and the best internet possible, the best mattresses and appointments we could find, and the cleanest most cared for properties we would enjoy ourselves. Be our guests, be our friends, enjoy our world. We hope your family will love it as much as we do and come back every year!

This spectacular condo on the beach has everything you will need for a perfect vacation. We have beach chairs, beach toys and also provide a high chair for your little ones. The Roman Spa and indoor pool is perfect all year round. This resort also has a theater that shows different movies daily. The restaurant on site has great food and you can walk to Pier Park for many other restaurants and shopping. You really don’t need a car when staying at this resort.

Welcome to Sugar Shores! This is not just an investment property for us. Sugar Shores is our second home. We have made it extremely comfortable for our family vacations. The bedding and mattresses are brand new and we have just updated the kitchen. The kitchen is well stocked including a crockpot and an air fryer so that we can cook a few meals while we are here. We leave beach towels and also some of our favorite family’s board games.
