Located in the heart of Pigeon Forge, right behind the Parkway, this sizable condo provides guests with all their favorite amenities of home with a unique mountain twist. Visitors will enjoy the comforts of having a full kitchen, including a complete glassware, dishware and utensil set. Free high-speed wifi, cable tv, central heat and air, and a personal laundry room are also included. Guests will also enjoy being within walking distance to many popular Pigeon Forge attractions like The Old Mill and Patriot Park. After an exciting day touring the area, visitors will love coming back and relaxing in front of their condo’s roaring gas fireplace, or unwinding on the private balcony as the sun sets over the mountains in the distance. During the warmer months, families will also love having exclusive access to the resort’s large heated pool and water slide! Don’t forget that from the balcony or living room of each of our condos, guests have a clear view to the fireworks and light displays at Patriot Park during special events and occasions.

Family of Four Summer Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we were pleased with our stay. The condo itself was clean and had plenty of space for a family of four. The mattress in the master bedroom needs replaced and it would be nice to have more hangers, a laundry basket and luggage stands. The pool was a hit, however the towels were a little larger than a hand towel and no food was allowed in the area, which made no sense. There was also no discipline for kids using the slide unsafely (i.e, running up the slide, blocking the bottom so others couldn’t go down, etc). We were not expecting the noise from traffic all throughout the night and there were kids running the halls during after hours several nights we were there. The website didn’t provide much info on what was included in the condo and the staff didn’t cover any details at check in (like where to deposit trash). With a few changes and more communication this condo could be great.

I was amazed at the size of our condo. It felt like being at home. The only thing that could use improvement is having blackout curtains in the bedrooms as there is lots of light.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay but there were some issues. The day we checked in the elevator was broken and we were on the 5th floor. My mother is unable to walk up steps so we went to get something to eat. When we got back the elevator was still broken and no rooms on 1st floor, so we had to start looking for another place to stay. Finally about 9:30pm the elevator was fixed. We had an issue with this again during our stay. We were not offered any type of refund or credit for this problem that wasted several hours of our time.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was clean and much larger than expected. Beautiful wooden furniture throughout. We stayed in Unit 505. Had a problem with the dish washer the first night but maintenance came within 10 minutes and got it working. Beautiful views of the mountains and the town from the balcony. The only negative things I have to say are we could still hear some road noise from the top floor. I did get used to it after the first night. Also there was no nightstand next to my side of the bed. I grabbed a chair from the kitchen and used that as a table which worked fine. Would definitely stay here again.
