The clean and modern Coral Beach CONDO ~
• 2 full bedrooms (1 King ~ 2 Doubles)
• 2 full baths with separated sink areas
• Ocean/Beach views from all rooms
• Fully equipped kitchen
• High speed WIFI Internet
• 32” Smart TV's in all rooms
• In-condo Washer / Dryer
• Fully air-conditioned and smoke-free
• Beach chairs, towels and a cooler available for your enjoyment.
• Solar power pack (10 hours? depending on use) for the refrigerator, a fan and electronics in case of an outage. It's not perfect but, most units have nothing.
NOTE: Puerto Rico has very fragile power/water grids and, unfortunately, outages do happen. Our complex has generators for the elevators and hallway lights only. They are not allowed in the individual units. If this could be a big problem for you, we suggest staying in a resort that has full generator power.

We had a very nice stay in this location.The apartment is well equipped and nicely furnished. The view and the direct access to the beach were greatly appreciated. The owners are very kind, responsive and helpful. The check in and check out process was easy.We recommend this condo!

Host was most accommodating and easy to communicate. Fully stocked condo better than most. Beautiful beach with direct access. We especially liked the beach cart to transport loungers, umbrella, towels, and cooler. This is a stunning condo very thoughtfully equipped including amazingly comfortable beds.

One of the best VRBO experiences yet

Location and amenities were wonderful. The hosts have thought of virtually everything thing that you may need for a comfortable stay at their property. Communication was above and beyond. We wish all hosts followed their lead. We wouldn’t hesitate to book this property again! Excellent experience.

Great location, great condo, very smooth

The condo is big/spacious and clean. The location is great with direct access to the beach and plenty of restaurants around. The hosts were very helpful when we needed information. Everything went smoothly, all check in and check out directions were clear. Absolutely recommended and will go again :)

Beautiful Condo

This couple went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable. The condo is gorgeous and modern. The air-conditioning worked great! The ice chest and beach towels were a lifesaver as we flew to Puerto Rico and couldn’t bring big things like that. The condo building itself is really nice and Security was top-notch. Hope to visit again soon.

Beautiful Beach and Modern Condo - Great Combination!

Our family of 6 loved the modern, renovated condo, the beautiful, walkable beach, and enormous condo complex pool! We were so thankful for all the extras already in the condo - beach towels, chairs, and boogie boards. We got used to the high (17th floor!) balcony as the week went on and enjoyed the ocean view to the left and watching planes land on the right - so cool! Some aspects of the complex are a bit dated - but the condo itself is beautifully renovated. Everyone we encountered was so friendly; we can't wait to be back!

Great Condo and Location

My wife, four kids and I stayed here over Christmas 2022. The pictures of the condo are totally accurate. The condo is in excellent condition and clearly was newly refurbished and updated. It was very well equipped with anything you would need such as beach chairs, beach towels, kitchen utensils, etc. They even had a miniature Christmas tree set up for us. Very conveniently located to restaurants. Beach was very nice. We would stay here again without hesitation. Richard and Juli were very responsive and helpful. We highly recommend this condo.

A Perfect Vacation in a Lovely Condo!

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful, comfortable and well-equipped condo! The building is located directly on a wonderful beach and also has a very large, well-kept pool. It was our first trip to PR and ideal for us to stay in San Juan with convenient access to the airport, but we were able to rent a car to make day trips to the El Yinque rain forest, Old San Juan, and to other beaches where the waves were marvelous. Everything we experienced was even better than anticipated and everyone we met was friendly. We had only one problem in the condo and that was a power outage which affected the entire neighborhood and lasted about 15 hours. The condo owners instructed us how to use a backup generator which they had wisely purchased and stored in the closet. It worked very well and we were not at all inconvenienced. Throughout our stay the condo owners were very accommodating and responsive. We would love to stay there again sometime in the future. Wish it could be tomorrow!

Ranked high by our teenagers!

This was such a fun trip for our family! The listing was exactly as described.Super easy check in. We got a quick Uber from SJU to the condo and let ourselves right in. Grocery store is walkable. Strip mall with convenience-type stores, restaurants and shops across the street. Hosts were incredibly helpful when our son got sick early on in the trip. They brought advice and calm to a stressful time. Amenities are amazing. Beach towels were huge and comfy and so nice to have on hand as they're a pain to pack. Beach chairs, sun hat, boogie boards, sand toys, basketball were all loved while we were there. The best part was the flexibility of being able to quickly move (literally just steps) between the beach or the pool (or the basketball court). The kids oscillated between the three all week.A/C units in all three rooms (living room/kitchen area and both bedrooms) made our sleeps super comfortable.I would 10/10 recommend. Thank you for sharing your property with us!

Fantastic Short Vacation

We had a fantastic stay at this condo in Isla Verde! The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the stunning blue ocean and right across the street from Church's Chicken and Burger King for quick bites. It's also conveniently near the Fairmont Hotel, adding to the vibrant atmosphere of the area.The building itself is oceanfront, offering breathtaking views and easy beach access. Security is a priority here, with a gated entrance, a security guard, and underground secured parking. The parking space is conveniently located just a few steps from the elevator, making arrivals and departures seamless.Inside, the apartment is spacious, clean, modern, and filled with natural light. The highlight is the large wrap-around balcony, which provides both ocean and city views—a perfect spot to relax and take in the surroundings. The air conditioning works exceptionally well, keeping the space cool and comfortable, and the water pressure in the shower is strong and consistent.Communication with the management was excellent. They stayed in touch throughout our stay, ensuring we had everything we needed and making us feel well taken care of.Overall, this condo is a fantastic choice for anyone looking for a comfortable, secure, and well-located stay in Isla Verde. We would definitely book again!

The condo was clean and comfortable, and as described. It was large enough for our group of 6, and we appreciated the abundance of beach amenities, including towels, coolers, and chairs. We had a few minor bumps, but Juli was readily available to assist, and communication was easy. My only suggestion is that in addition to the street address, it should be noted that this is located within the Coral Beach Tower, which was not in the instructions that I received, and our Uber driver was uncertain as to the street number. It causes only slight confusion and no real difficulties.

We live and work in the foothills of the beautiful Sierra Mountains in Northern California but are very fortunate to spend most family vacations on the “Enchanted Isle” of Puerto Rico. We very proudly call it our second home in paradise. Richard was born in San Juan and still has a lot of friends and family on the island. We love the tropical climate, the friendly people, the laid-back attitude and the fascinating culture that Puerto Rico has to offer.

A condo in Isla Verde was our dream for many years. It just doesn’t get better than waking up to the sparkling ocean water, the sound of the waves and the tropical sea breeze. The building and area amenities, the central location and the long stretch of pristine beach make it the perfect get away for almost anyone.
We truly hope that you have a fabulous vacation

We love the Isla Verde area! The 1st Class hotels nearby offer the very best dining, gambling, spas and nightlife. The Isla Verde beach is much calmer than others in the area and offers long, relaxing walks and exciting recreation. We're close to everything.
