A great place to stay and enjoy the beautiful beach of isla verde. Close to everything! Food, nightlife, 24 hour pharmacy, surrounding hotels etc. the 2 bedroom was a plus for us since we had our daughter. Frances was amazing and attentive to our needs. I will definitely be going back! This apt exceeded our expectation…completely functional and accessible

Great Location

Location was perfect and we didn’t need a rental car. Hosts were very responsive to all questions. Property was as described and the perfect size for our family. Thanks, we had a great stay!

This place exceeded our expectations

From start to finish, Francis and the property exceeded our expectations. He returned my emails immediately and the property is as described. It was clean and inviting. The area was perfect with restaurants in walking distance. The beach was perfect for my 10 yr old granddaughter. The condo had everything we needed. You cannot go wrong in renting this property.

Fraudulent owners and misrepresentation of apartment

This apartment was a misrepresentation with fraudulent owners now claiming damages. We were informed by CSA-Generali Claims that the owners accused us of damaging the stovetop—a fraudulent claim. The stovetop was broken when we arrived, posing a fire hazard, and the owners were aware. It repeatedly shorted out despite instructions from the owners to flip the breaker. The apartment did not meet the advertised standards and fell significantly short of our expectations.It was dirty, the kitchen had no oven or dishwasher which was advertised. Cookware was unusable, limiting us to one pot and two pans for a family of five. There was no furniture to store clothes, three hooks for towels, and stained couches. The listing falsely claimed "beachfront penthouse." It was at the back of the building with a partial ocean view from one window. A 48-hour blackout left us unprepared. No flashlights or candles were provided (until 9 pm). We could not charge our phones and had no way of communicating. We lost a refrigerator and freezer of food.My family became severely ill upon arrival. I was hospitalized on Dec. 23, my mother Dec. 24, and my husband Dec. 26. We required antibiotics for most of our stay, rendering us unable to use the kitchen and forcing us to rely on external food sources.The apartment was misrepresented and in bad condition. We urge VRBO to investigate and prevent future guests from suffering similar misrepresentation and fraudulent claims. (Pictures available)

Perfect location

Perfect location near pretty much everything you'll need to have a great time in isla verde. Ubers are so inexpensive that i didn't need to rent a car to get to and from old san juan it was a great time spent.

Great location

Nice two bedroom with a kitchen, laundry and supplied with beach chairs, towels, insulated bag, cooler etc all you need when you walk to the beach. Comfortable beds and great location in terms of beach, restaurants and airport. Hosts made check in and out easy and they were communicative. We enjoyed our stay!

Great apartment for a family

We enjoyed out stay in Puerto Rico and this apartment was great for our family. The apartment was clean and well kept. The host were great and provided us with a high chair and pack n play for our toddler. The building has a great location, walking distance to a large grocery store and restaurants. It is also right on the beach. The host were very accommodating as they allowed us to extend our stay by a couple hours as our flight was delayed.

Good overall

If you're staying in Isla Verde, this is a great stay since it's close to the beach and restaurants. The condo was very clean and well maintained. Owner was very responsive and helpful throughout my stay. The downside was hearing all of the street noise throughout the night with really loud motorcycles and cars. It is also very close to the airport and the airplane noise is very loud with the first airplane waking everyone up at 6am every day. However, this is probably true for most condos/hotels in this area.

Great apartment except for air conditioning

We’ve stayed at Coral Beach a number of times and really enjoy this location. This is a great unit with the exception of the air conditioning. The master bedroom and 2nd bedroom each have individual room units, however, there is no a/c in the main living room/dining room/kitchen area which makes the overall unit a bit uncomfortable to use. The a/c unit worked very well in the second bedroom, however, the unit in the master struggles a little to keep up. This would be a 5 star apartment if the a/c worked better. The only additional caveat is that this unit does not have a balcony which would have been a nice added feature that most other units on all other Coral Beach floors have. Frances was easy to work with overall regarding the reservation as well as any issues/concerns.
