This bungalow is packed with comfort. All three bedrooms are fitted with new memory foam beds: 1 king and 2 queens. The living room accommodates up to 4 more with 2 futon-style sofas. The sun room accommodates 1 guest on the daybed.

Our kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook a meal at home for all.

The living room entertains your group with a smart TV, books and games! Each bedroom has a smart TV as well.

The backyard is SPACIOUS and has a fire pit and a BBQ grill. The backyard has a temporary fence.

This is a very lovely house in the center of town, you can walk to anything you need. It is an older home with loads of charm and the host makes sure you have everything you'll need already there for your stay.

Little pricey

Didn’t like it was right next to music at night and all sorts of people at restaurant very noisy. Place wasn’t quite as pictured. Was older then it looked. Didn’t liked I was charged for an extra person when it said it had room for ten. No curtain in back bathroom.i personally think it should have been half the price I paid.

Great place

This house was great. Everything was easy. House was very clean. Several restaurants within walking distance. We will definitely stay again it back in the area.

A great location

This house was conveniently located in town, many restaurants within walking distance. We visited many springs during this trip, absolutely perfect house for that. The beds were comfy and the house was spacious

Family birthday trip

Great little place. Seven adults fit comfortably. In the middle of the downtown. Check out the Great Outdoors restaurant, Colsie coffee (both literally next door), the brewery and Prohibition Pizza. The springs in the area are wonderful and why we chose this spot. Only downside would be we left a few clothes in the dryer, asked to have them shipped with us paying and never heard back from the owner. Check the dryer everybody! :(

Best House Rental!!

The house exceeded our expectations.. Super spacious with huge back yard. Our family felt super cozy and comfortable with the room sizes and how much space we had in the living room!! The owner left fire pit ready to use for s’more time and lots of extra towels which came in handy! We enjoyed our time in High Springs, with minutes away from the mini downtown and 15-20 mins away from the springs! Coffee shop next door has the best cinnamon buns and coffee!! 1 min walk.. Definitely plan to come back to this house!!

Great experience

We really enjoyed the property and the location next to a bakery/coffee shop. Worked great for our family of 7. Would definitely recommend this for others!
