Cozy Elegant home close to sledding-snow park

Stay in our stylish home equipped with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms and outdoor entertainment area. This vacation rental is great for families, remote workers, and hikers alike. Behind the house is a direct access to Ponderosa Park trail system. Fort Tuthill and Snow park are less then a mile from home. Near attractions are Arizona Snowbowl (18 miles), Grand Canyon South rim entrance (88 miles), Sedona Oak Creek Canyon (22 miles), NAU, Walnut Canyon National Monument and many more…

Kitchen - fully equipped kitchen with 3 kinds of coffee makers and coffee grinder
Living room - Gas fireplace, 75” smart TV, enough seating for multiple families, board games/books
Laundry room with the washer and dryer
Master Bedroom with gas fireplace smart TV and a separate suite with the sofa and lounge chair. Master bath has jacuzzi and a spacious walk-in closet. Fold away guest bed and extra sheets in closet.
Bedroom 2 - queen bed
Bedroom 3 - Full size bunk beds with trundle bed (sleeps 5)
Outdoor patio - with BBQ and dining table. Adirondack chairs and fire pit.

Other things to note
CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4PM
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. Entry Code will be sent in check-in instruction email the day of the arrival to the property

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10 am
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the home by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash. Sunday place recycling for Monday pick up. For trash place on Wednesday for Thursday pickup. Please place trash bins inside after the pickup by 6 pm.
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Please arm the alarm system when leaving by pressing AWAY button on the key pad
- Turn off lights, electronics and appliances
- close and lock all doors and windows
- Additional fees will be imposed if the home is not found in an unsatisfactory condition. Please return it to the same condition in which you found it.

Installed RING DOORBELL CAMERA in the main entrance for safety purposes.

Beautiful home in upscale neighborhood. My wife and I, and three adult children, hosted local daughter and her boyfriend for Thanksgiving holiday weekend. Bedrooms very clean, modern, comfortable; common rooms great for spreading out to socialize; and kitchen, appliances, and utensils excellent for everyone to prepare the feast together. EZ communications. Very convenient to Flagstaff.

President's Weekend Getaway

We had a great trip in Flagstaff and Elvir was prompt with communication. The home is in a nice neighborhood. We were hoping for more snow, but our kids were able to sled on the sidewalk that was covered by shade. The home fit our group, 4 adults and 5 kids. The keruig worked great and kitchen was stocked with the cookware needed for a home cooked meal.

Family Celebration

Our family time together was very comfortable with all that the property had to offer. From all the kitchen items to extra blankets, we felt like we were at home. We would definitely consider us stay in the future.

Great neighborhood and home!

We loved this property. It was comfortable and had so many extras to make our stay great. We all had a wonderful stay. The neighborhood was so nice to walk around. Lots of easy trails for the kids. We would stay here again!

Work and relaxation

A Gem of a Place

You’ll love your stay here! Fabulous house in a great location in southern Flagstaff in the Ponderosa Pines development. This neighborhood is very quiet and has paved walking trails throughout the pine trees. Only a 5 min drive to NAU and 10 min to the heart of downtown Flag. The owners were very responsive and the house has everything you need. We stayed for a month, and the owners checked on us to see if we needed additional supplies and even offered a light cleaning half way through. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely home.

Wonderful stay! Highly recommend!

The property was exactly as described, but even more beautiful in person. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. Had everything our family needed for a week stay and was very organized. Centrally located for visits to the Grand Canyon, Phoenix, Sedona, Painted Desert, Williams and more! Owner was very quick to respond.

Great Location

This house was a perfect place to stay for the places we wanted to visit; Antelope Canyon, Sedona and downtown Flagstaff. It was very clean. Bring your own tea, napkins, aluminum foil and storage containers.

Excellent home and location for exploring the area

Just a short drive from downtown Flagstaff, about 35-40 mins from snowbowl, and an hour and a half from Grand Canyon. Home is clean, updated, tastefully decorated, comfortable, and in a pleasant neighborhood. Owners very responsive. The master suite is awesome. Kitchen is well stocked - my only suggestion is if you plan to use the oven for anything maybe bring some disposable aluminum baking pans. There were pots and pans for stovetop use, but if you wanted to throw anything in the oven I didn’t see many bakeware options. Truly a great rental, will definitely stay here again if we visit in the future!

Nice but pricey

House was nice and spacious, yard was nice and spacious. There was trouble getting the entry code to the door but after a few phone calls, it was resolved. I think that the nightly rate is fair bu the fees added by EVOLVE and VRBO and too much. I would try to find something with lower additional fees. We were there from 5pm Friday to 10am Sunday and paid over $950, wasn't really worth it.

Great place to stay for our family of five

We had a very nice stay here for a long summer weekend. The house was clean and well-stocked with kitchen supplies and family-friendly games. The owners were responsive when we reached out after a storm knocked the power out for a few hours. They communicated when the power was expected to come back on and followed up to make sure there was nothing else we needed. Highly recommend!

Comfortable Mountain Home

The house is beautiful, comfortable and very well appointed. It is well maintained and clean. The owners were very responsive and accommodating throughout the entire process. The kitchen had everything expected, and then some. There were two coffee makers!. One drip (bring your own non-cone type filters) and one Keurig (bring your own pods). There was even whole bean coffee in the pantry and an electric grinder on the counter. The outdoor grill was in good condition and cooked very well. All necessary grilling utensils were provided. The only thing that I thought was a bit out of the ordinary is there is no top sheet on any of the beds. There is a bottom fitted sheet but the top is simply a covered light comforter. The comforter cover gets washed after each guest. I would definitely rent this house again.

Warm & Welcoming!

This house had everything we needed to have a fun, comfortable weekend in Flagstaff! Everything was beautifully decorated and clean. Between the seven of us, I was sure we would run out of hot water, but we never did. I loved the neighborhood almost as much as the house and would certainly rent this house in the future. Troy and Amanda were great hosts! They even called me to answer some pre check-in questions. Really, truly, no complaints! The only thing I wish I knew ahead of time was that the Keurig was replaced with a drip coffee maker (i.e. Mr. Coffee). I would have brought grounds instead of K-cups had I known.

Great house to stay for our Holidays vacation

Everything was neat and nice. We had an issue with a clogged toilet from the master bathroom that was resolved three days later because couldn’t get in touch quickly and directly with the host or property manager. Other than that, it was great !

Our home is centrally located between major Arizona attractions. Neighborhood is known for it’s public trail system. Also, it is very quite and safe. Home is close to old town and restaurants and grocery stores.
