It was a perfect spot for a two night stay. There were enough household items, but I missed the fact that there was no oven. The cook top and microwave were all we needed. Nice area and great location! Very clean

Cute little place near everything

Loved the place, very clean, great location. Furniture and bed was comfortable. It is a suite on a house, which I didn’t fully realize at the time of booking, but kind of suspected once I looked again, but it is private and perfect for a weekend stay. Would definitely book again if we decided to come back for another stay with friends!

Great place in Lafayette

Great place for our overnight stay. It was obvious that a great deal of thought went in to the design and furnishings to ensure a welcoming and comfortable place to stay. Nicely curated collection of Lafayette festival posters spoke to affection and pride of their hometown. Really appreciate hostess letting us use the carport to load the car when the rain didn’t let up. Very much recommended to other travelers.

Super comfortable stay

The stay was very comfortable and safe. Would stay again! There was VRBO communication about the entry door being on the side of the house, but I missed it so was confused when arrived. But there was communication that I missed.

Central Lafayette -Good Area with Easy Access to City +

Lockbox check in allowed for a quiet, evening arrival. Enter instructions were good from the Owner, as the property has a duplex style configuration. Owner stated that after 10 pm it was expected that guests be respectful-no noise. Immaculate clean and neat, no clutter. Adequate sheets, towels, kitchen items, board games, state of art TV. Only wish that a small outside seating area would have been available. Perhaps privacy constraints in the neighborhood/mixed use commercial. Beds were super comfortable. Easy to go anywhere from the location. Good, older Lafayette neighborhood. Not posh area, however, two women felt at ease. I remember it from UL days-Saints Streets.

I stay at the Festival House whenever I’m in Lafayette and am always pleased. The space is comfortable and clean. The location perfect since I spend most of my time in this area of Lafayette. When I return, I’ll book the Festival House again.

Fun Getaway

NICE, weekend Getaway close to everything. Stores Skating Rink Restaurants etc.. This will be our go to Getaway Spot Whenever we start in Laffeyette.

Nice Property Near the University.

Beautiful two bedroom, one bath condo that’s attached on the backside of a primary home. Location was easy to find. Condo had all that was needed. Place is beautifully decorated and very clean. Great for couples weekend getaway. I recommended it.

Great Place to Stay in Lafayette

My sister and I stayed at this cute apartment and loved it. It was very clean and decorated so cute. It was spacious and perfect for our needs. Although it doesn't have a full kitchen, it has all you need to fix breakfast or a simple meal. There was a toaster, coffee maker, 2-burner stovetop, blender and several pots/pans. The bathroom had plenty of towels and the bed linens were very nice. The location couldn't be better for Lafayette. You can't go wrong staying here!

Favorite Place to Stay

The space is minutes away from downtown where our function was making travel to and from easy. It’s such a homey, comfortable, inviting place to stay with ample space. This is where I stay when I’m in Lafayette.

Good stay…

We were on a family visit to Lafayette. This was a nice little home and close to everything. The home was clean with the exception of some stains on some of the furniture, but nothing I didn’t expect for a rental type home. We enjoyed our stay, even though we were pretty much only there during the nighttime hours. Communication was good with the host during my stay. I left feeling like everything went great. Five days after we left, I received a phone call from the host and she accused my children of breaking things and causing stains and proceeded to cuss at me over the phone. I was unable to even discuss the situation with her before she hung up on me. My husband called her back and left his information and informed her of the photos we took and asked her to return his call so we could discuss it, and we have never heard back. We left thinking everything was great, until five days later when I was accused of things that I didn’t do, and I was told that I need to discuss with my children how to act. I would have given this place and the owner 5 stars on the day I left, and I’m still being generous at this point because I’m trying to rate my stay and the home, not the actions that occurred later. I would recommend this place, just make sure you take pictures when you get there and when you leave.

We are centrally located to everything, within minutes to anything! See laminated brochures in unit for details. I love riding my bike downtown and/or to the parks. This area is rich in history and culture with many unique restaurants, venues, parks, etc.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

We have parking for and a short walk to parade route for Mardi Gras. We are located near the festival grounds at CajunField. Drive straight to our rental and never need to drive again! Walking distance to downtown, Girouard Park and for all Festivals (International, Acadian, etc)
