HEATING:

The entire house is heated with comfortable and quiet radiant in-floor heating to ensure that you stay warm and cozy during these cold Vermont winters. Walk around barefoot or with a pair of socks and your tootsies will always stay warm. Radiant heat is like sunshine, or warmth from a fire; it just makes you feel more comfortable and cozy. When your floor is warm, your feet are warm too. The air that you breathe can be a little cooler and more refreshing. With radiant heat, there are no hot surfaces for children to touch and no radiators for them to fall onto. They cannot drop their crayons into the hot air ducts. Radiant heating does not blow dirt, dust, bacteria, viruses and pet dander around the house all winter long. Unlike hot air systems, radiant heat will not dry out your breathing passages and leave them more vulnerable to infection.

LIGHTING:

To make your stay as comfortable as possible while being environmentally conscious, the entire house (interior & exterior) has been outfitted with user friendly designer LED lighting. From the track lighting throughout the house, to the undercabinet lighting in the kitchen and wet bar, and lights in every closet - no detail was missed. All the exterior spaces - decks, porches, stairs, an the garage are LED lit so that wherever you are either inside or outside you can enjoy and control the lighting as you see fit. When coming down the driveway the motion sensor exterior lights will automatically come on so that you will have plenty of light if you arrive after the sun sets.

It would be a shame to not enjoy the million dollar outside view and the stunning views throughout the interior of this marvelous home. That is why this home was designed to take full advantage of the 100 mile views. The exterior deck railings are constructed in a combination of wire railings, Timber Post and modern black hardware. This property has direct access to the VAST and VASA trail system with ample trailer parking to enjoy snowmobiling, 4x4ing, cross country skiing or snowshoeing.

In the summertime enjoy a round of golf. Green Mountain National Golf Club, Killington or Okemo. Mountain Biking, fishing, canoeing and tubing down the White River are a stones throw away.
