The house was absolutely perfect for our weekend stay in town. Everything was very clean and well stocked with all we needed. We also appreciated the excellent communication we had with the owners before our stay and throughout. We’ll be saving this one as a favorite and reserve it again in the future!

Good location

Every thing we wanted to do was less than 30 minutes away. It was clean and a fun place to hang out between outings.

Plenty of room for large groups.

The property was great! There was enough room and space for the 6 adults that we had in our group. No complaints other than the 3rd bedroom was quite warm and we couldn't get the AC to work for that room.

Great Spot!

We were in town to attend a convention, and this was a great location to get away from the busyness of the exhibit hall at the end of long days. The house was very comfortable for 4 colleagues and had everything we needed for our stay. Hosts communicated well and were very responsive. The property was extremely clean and well cared for. Would 100% recommend this place to anyone.

Fourth Ward

The area is an up and coming location with newer homes replacing older homes. We felt reasonably safe with security gates. Not a lot of parking but the garage was available so that helped . Overall a good stay.

Exceptional Stay

We loved our stay here. Ben & Christine were the best hosts! The responded swiftly to any questions and left an excellent guest book which provided entry codes, listed nearby shopping and restaurants. The house was very spacious, clean, comfortable and nicely decorated! They responded quickly to our responses. The house in a secured gated community. This was our first VRBO experience and highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again!

Everything about this house exceeded our expectations. The owners were wonderful to deal with and everybody was pleasant. We were able to move our check-in time to earlier and they were so wonderful about communicating with us. I felt that if we needed anything we could go to them directly. The beds were comfortable. Everything was extremely clean, and they were even nice enough to leave us a bottle of wine from a local vineyard. We really enjoyed ourselves here. The neighborhood seems to be up-and-coming, however, there was some noise in the middle of the night and it seemed run down.

This was the perfect layout for our 3-couple party. The open floorplan and spacious kitchen worked out well and we really enjoyed our stay! Due to the signage warning of parking at our own risk, we were concerned about parking a car outside the gated area- there is only room for two vehicles. Fortunately, we had no incidents with the one car we had to park on the street.
