Welcome to this Gorgeous 1 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom Condo, located in one of the most desirable complexes in Panama CIty Beach. Top of the line furniture creates the most laming ambience for you to relax in while away on this most needed vacation. The master bedroom has a very comfortable King Bed, a TV with Netflix account already loaded, so you can enjoy your favorite movie or show. There is a private en suite bathroom off the master bedroom.The bunk area is located at a separate nook area and its own private bathroom offers the ultimate set up. The living room is very open, bright and spacious. The furniture was just added July of 2018 and it guarantees the ultimate calming setting for everyone to hang out and spend quality family time. The flat screen smart TV is loaded with all the latest apps, including free Netflix, HBO, etc. The living room also offers a queen sleeper sofa.

CHECK IN TIMES: Check in time is after 4:30 pm, due to extremely long waits at the elevators or traffic , housekeeping teams are trying to service all units as fast as possible, but please note that there may be delays on busy days. Please, take that into consideration before booking and be patient if they are still working in your unit. Over 98% of units are ready for arrival at 4:30. No refunds will be given due to delays caused by these factors.

Sandy floors, old & dingy furniture, dank smell, & bad location

Come prepared to clean. You will need gloves, a couple cans of clorox or lysol wipes. Don't forget windex to clean mirrors of old toothpaste. If you like sand on your feet, you will not need a clean mop or wet swiffer. The microwave might have old food, so check that. The bedding and towels look grungy, so bring laundry detergent for a quick wash. Homey atmosphere would be nice therefore bring your own rug. If you start early, you might get to bed before 2am. I almost forgot, lysol spray will help clean the air of its dank smell. There were 2 smoke alarms missing. Hopefully your neighbors will knock on your door if there's a fire. Bring your own toaster as it was finicky and only worked after several attempts. You can see termite holes on the walls of the room with bunk beds. My son woke up with a rash on his stomach after sleeping on the flimsy sofa bed. We had to check our luggage and clothes for bed bugs because we couldn't determine the reason for the rash. I would not recommend staying here if you have a family. The room reminded me of a dirty hostel and not a vacation condo. And "private" in the listing is a euphemism for far away from elevators and stairs.

No elevator needed! Had an easy time unloading vehicle then walk to the room from the parking deck.

We enjoyed our stay! AC worked like a charm! The new water show was great for the kids! Would definitely recommend!

My group and I loved this place

My group of girls and I loved our stay. We will totally be coming back next year. The security level of the whole resort made us feel comfortable, the cleanliness of the unit was amazing, and the location was superb. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Beautiful property

I wish I could have given five stars. We rented a one bedroom condo for Mother's Day weekend and had a great time. The pools were nice and clean. They had a lot of wonderful amenities and the staff were beyond kind. The reasons I did not rate at a five are because the floors were dirty and had not been cleaned, there were stains on the bed linens, and the tv's would not allow the use of a fire stick.

Great, clean unit

We loved this unit! It was perfect for our family of 3. It was close to the parking garage and the kiddie pool, which our 1 year old loved. The restaurants on site were extremely convenient, we loved the pizza from the pizza place. My only complaint is Laketown warf itself. Obviously nothing the owner can do but something to keep in mind. The elevators are absolutely terrible. There are not many, they are so small, no air in them, and the wait times to get on one are insane. We ended up keeping our beach stuff in the truck and just driving to public beach access instead of waiting on an elevator to get all of our beach stuff down. I was also not prepared for the amount of walking we would have to do. Not a big deal but something to keep in mind if you have small kiddos. Overall we had a great trip and no complaints at all with the unit/owner!

A great size condo that was clean and in great location

The condo unit was more than I expected being so large and perfect layout. The king size suite was fantastic providing enough privacy when needed. Kitchen had plenty of room for cooking and prepping meals or setting up as a bar area. The location is central to explore the beach in both directions or for grabbing supplies for a meal. Great place to call home for an extended vacation thank you.

Amazing Resort

We love this resort this is our second year staying and we love it ! There are so many fun things to do as a family ! We love all the pools , hot tubs and the fountain light show each evening . We also love that there are restaurants located at the resort and shops . We went to the Wharf for the all you can eat steak and crab legs and it was amazing . The Candy Shop is also excellent we got the strawberry cheesecake and salted Carmel ice cream and it was truly amazing ! We love brining our granddaughter each time we come there is so much to do and so close to the beach!! We just left and I am coming back next month with my son and grandchildren ❤️❤️

This place stinks... literally...

Place is very rundown and no longer looks as it does in the pictures displayed. Definitely, ran on a budget. However, by far the worst part of this property is the sewer gas smell. It is so bad, people walking by when we opened the door would comment on how bad the unit smelled.

Unacceptable conditions and difficult property management company

The property does not look like the pictures listed. The unit is very beat up. Dirty walls, kitchen island falling apart, broken kitchen chair, dirty couch, pans that were burned and had the deepest scratches in the non stick surface, microwave panel not working, dryer not drying, worst of all, it smelled like a dead animal in there, which I believe comes from the washing machine and management said it did not. When contacting my host she had someone come out to rectify the rancid smell, but that was not done. They poured bleach in the washing machine and then proceeded to tell me the smell did not come from there, but never rectified the smell situation. They said they would refund my unused nights, but there was no availability in the area for us to go elsewhere. When I explained that and asked for comped nights, they refused and said they would only refund unused nights. They did not do anything for us to help at all, so we were stuck in a rancid smelling unit that we could never utilize because of how unbearable the smell was. When asked to speak to an owner, they said the owner is overseas. I also asked to speak to the host in person and their first response was that it was busy season, but they could message me. They finally agreed to speak on the phone and would not budge on any sort of compensation for the unlivable space. Best part of my stay there was when I left it. Steer clear of Zia Vacation Rentals.

Resort is nice. Convenient location.

Only issue with room itself is that the washing machine had a smell. Like it needed a deep cleaning cycle done. I bought air freshener to spray during our stay. Other than that room was nice and as photographed in listing. The code for beach access gate was hit or miss. Sometimes it worked immediately and others it would take 6-7 tries before it would unlock. We love PCB and enjoyed our stay!

BAD SULFUR SMELL IN CONDO!!!

When we first arrived and opened the door the sulfur smell just about knocked us down! I emailed and told them our condo smelled so bad they responded saying they would send someone up…never seen them. I emailed them again later on that night and they emailed back and said they would send someone the next day…once again never seen them! We had to go buy air freshener and deodorizers to try to make the smell go away but nothing helped! The smell was coming from the washer drain and smelled the whole condo up! I/we will never be back there again!!

Do not recommend

The room smelt like sewage. Dirty dishes. Cannot use elevators due to high traffic. Teens partying. Things thrown off balcony. Pretty sure I have bed bug bites. The walk to the beach is terrible.
