Mountain House with plenty of space for friends and family. Enjoy the nature and serenity with easy access to breweries, hikes, Chimney Rock and Lake Lure. Large outdoor deck for grilling and chilling. We do recommend higher clearance vehicle or All Wheel/4WD if you are not used to gravel mountain roads.

Christmas with family

The house was just as described in the app. Spacious and inviting lots of room for the two little ones to play. Road to cabin a little rough in some spots but host let us know before our arrival. Would definitely stay again.

Will book again!

Property owners are awesome! They make communication with them super easy and provide help and information when needed. The house was beautiful, homey, and very fitting for me and my family! 10/10 in my opinion and we will definitely be booking with them again! Thank you for making our vacation easy, fun, and very much worth it!

Nice house, bad road

The house was spacious and clean, but the road to it was horrible. If you don’t have 4wd, I wouldn't stay here.

Nice and Seclusive

We arrived during the day and was able to find the place no problem! After going in and out a time or two we got the hang of the driveway! No internet or cable, which was awesome because it forced the kids outside to explore. Plenty of room for me and my family! Fire pits we a big hit! The kids built stick forts (the rain tore them down) but they had lots of fun. Property manager was very nice and I was able to reach him when needed! We loved this spot!

Great Location and Good-Sized, Nice House

This house was in a great location for us for several reasons...close to lots of "mountainy" things to do and halfway between where we and our NC kids live. We were looking for plenty of space, and this house delivered, with four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The house was as listed, and many extras were provided. The owner was very responsive and easy to contact and was very upfront with us about the fact that it is still a work in progress as far as some things in the house and the yard and the road coming up to the property. We really enjoyed our stay in this cool mountain retreat!
