The Kapalua Bay Villas are closest to Oneloa Beach offering spacious one and two-bedroom oceanfront and ocean view villas with well-appointed kitchens, laundry and central air conditioning. This conveniently located ground floor unit offers solitude from the trades, ocean views from every room and a private covered ocean view dining lanai. Located close to the entry gate and tennis courts.

PARRISH PROFESSIONAL CLEAN – Built Upon the Vacation Rental Management Association (VRMA) “Safe Home” cleaning program, we further expanded our existing high standard of housekeeping at our properties where hospital-grade cleaning products and protocols were already in use. Beautiful property fabulous vacation. Unfortunately. Daily marijuana use by our upstairs neighbor and next door neighbor both inside and outside their units made it difficult to open windows or sit outside. However we would LOVE to stay there again. It was That good!

Great property

This condo is very clean and spacious for a family. It is well stocked and had everything we needed including beach chairs and towels. The location is convenient yet feels secluded and private. There are several restaurants and beaches all within 10 minutes. I would highly recommend this Villa at Kapalua. We will definitely be back!!

This unit was great for us because it's well stocked, has three bathrooms, is large and not fussily decorated, so kids felt comfortable. Views are more parking lot than ocean but otherwise just lovely. Would have been nice to know the unit has tennis rackets so we didn't have to bring our own!!

Great location. Easy walk to very close beaches. Beautiful Villa exceeded expectations . Area has resort feeling without feeling crowded. Close to Napili Plaza great food choices and grocery store. Would definitely stay here again.

The property description was on target. The property managers were very responsive to our questions/requests and the concierge helped us get the tours we wanted. The Lahaina luau and the Road to Hana tour were the highlights. I would recommend this to friends/family members. My family/grandkids stayed there as well. We enjoyed the pool and the barbecue!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Over all we had an amazing stay in this condo. It was clean, comfortable, and the location we were looking for. Our complaints may be out of the owners hands but the amount maintenance going on in our building and surrounding buildings was disruptive at times. We understand work needs to be done to maintain this beautiful property but while wanting peace and quiet as a guess it was interruptive. The gardening/ landscape staff was also very inconsiderate with timing. They came through blowing leaves as we were reading on the patio and seemed to drive up to our doors with their golf carts. Again we understand work needs to be done and the property is beautiful and well maintained because of them but some guess curtesy and consideration is needed.Again absolutely no complaints about the condo and accommodations. The pools were great, the near by beaches were stunning, the views were amazing. We would absolutely stay here again but would appreciate our property management feedback getting to the right person.Aloha and Mahalo!

Recently Acquired Property Needs Update

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented this property in conjunction with the property located immediately above this property for a 10 day vacation stay. We have stayed in the Kapalua villas for several times and needed these two units located close by because of the size of the group that we brought to Maui. While the property upstairs was in beautiful condition and very well equipped, the property downstairs was very disappointing. While my kids didn’t necessarily care, if my wife and I had this property as our primary location we would’ve been extremely disappointed. For example, there were two refrigerators located in the property. The primary refrigerator was broken and left in the kitchen, while the replacement refrigerator was located in the dining room. The overall condition of the bedroom furniture and the living room furniture wasWas an average condition at best.In regard to the location of the property, building 11 is located in a very convenient section of the front part of the Kapalua a Bay a Villas. It is very easy to enter into the property, and it’s very easy to leave the property since it’s located near the front gate and the association building. One drawback of building 11 is there is very limited parking in front of the building itself. However because it is located right next to the association, the association has plenty of extra spots. Overall the Kapalua Bay Villas is a wonderful place to spend your vacation, and Given that this property was just recently acquired by the owner, once the owner has time to update the property a little bit, this would be a wonderful place to stay

Perfect location & beautiful view

My family of 4 stayed here fir 9 days (7 year old girl and 16 year old boy). The pool and BBQ is a short walk from the condo and there is only 1 staircase between the front door and parking lot. There is a free shuttle that will take you from the condo to the beach and runs till around 9:30pm. We were going to take the shuttle but lucked out with great parking every night for the beach sunset. We saw LOTS of turtles next to the beach shore when snorkeling. There were Tommy Bahamas chairs provided and beach towels, which were really nice. The condo was very clean and only a few throw rugs so no wet smell. We used the washer and dryer several times during our stay. The kids took a bath almost every night after the beach and loved the bathroom layout. There is a view from EVERY window in the condo and the cross breeze was so amazing in all the rooms we shut the ac off when we arrived. We slept with our bedroom slider door open and the screen locked almost every night the area is so peaceful. Overall would definitely stay again, we did not need to contact the property manager as everything was perfect.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our fourth time to stay in the Kapalua Bay Villas and we loved 11g4. It is a very spacious unit. The patio doors opened on 3 sides of the dining area giving us lots of wonderful ocean air. There is a partial ocean view from the kitchen and patio which was lovely. Short walk to Kapalua Bay or Ironwood Beach. 3 pools with grills were also a short walk away. Inside of the unit was furnished nicely. They kitchen could use some updating as the refrigerator had broken drawers and stovetop had a broken burner. The kitchen had any type of cooking tool you could think of, though. The master bedroom bed was very comfortable. It was so nice to have a washer/dryer too. We would absolutely stay at this unit again.

Terrible night with roaches on the bed

We stayed 4 nights there but actually 3 nights. The last night we had terrible experience with roaches running on the bed and we could not sleep that night. On that day morning pest control came while we having breakfast and we told them to come back after an hour when we get out of property. We do not know if they came back or not. When we came back in the evening from dinner, we found roaches running on the bed. So terrible last night. We lost all the memories in Kapalua Bay. We 6 couples rented 3 houses for 2 couples per each house. The other houses had no roaches in the house. We claimed to property manager but they said roaches are very common insect in island and that occasion is very normal. They just wanted us to understand.

Kapalua Bay Villas are great. 11G4 needs help.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second stay at Kapalua Bay. Our first was much nicer. This stay was at 11G4. As with our first stay, access to the villa with emailed codes makes it very easy. As with all the villas, 2 beaches, one with great snorkeling and one with great waves, are 5-10 minute walks away. A small store is easy walking distance, as is a GREAT Japanese restaurant. Now, for the 11G4 villa itself:On the plus side, 11G4 was very clean and well stocked. The 2 beds were comfortable. The villa is quiet. Regrettably, that is about it for the plus side. Unfortunately, the villa needs a complete interior makeover -- the paint was peeling and terribly done; EVERYTHING in the kitchen needs to be replaced, from the coffee maker, to the oven to the refrigerator, to the sink. The kitchen looks like 1977 when the place was built. Every drawer in each of the three bathrooms pulls out onto the floor. They all need to be replaced. The furniture looks like your grandmother lives there -- outdated and not "beachy" by any means. A good $100K makeover is long overdue here... We recommend the Kapalua Villas, but we cannot recommend 11G4.

Wonderful stay at Kapalua Bay Villas

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Kapalua Bay Villas are in a beautiful location providing easy access to walking trails and amenities in the Kapalua area. The property is immaculately maintained and manicured. Villa 11G4 was clean and spacious and the layout with two large bedrooms and three bathrooms provided the perfect privacy and convenience for our family. Beds were very comfortable and bathrooms were large. The main living area was also spacious with comfortable furniture. The kitchen, especially the large appliances and sinks could use an update and a few more pots and pans/utensils would have been nice to have, but overall it met our needs. The villa had a large outdoor patio and ocean views were beautiful...much better than expected given that it was a ground floor villa. Pools and accompanying BBQ facilities were spotless and within convenient proximity to the villa. They were quiet and never crowded. Service provided by Marty and Vicky of Aloha Vacation Villas while planning/ booking was great and I would not hesitate to recommend them. Onsite property manager, Rob was very accommodating, prompt and friendly. Would not hesitate to stay at this property again or to recommend it to others who are looking for accommodation in Maui. Beautiful Property

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Well maintained villa in a beautiful setting. Very close to some of best beaches. Had all the amenities (kitchen items, washer/dryer, etc) including nice beach chairs and beach towels. $235 cleaning fee was a bit much considering no maid service and we left the property in very clean State. Other than that a good value. Highly recommended.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It turned out to be great for us. We were there for a wedding and my sister stayed with us, it was like having two suites. The weather and the parking could have been better, but all and all we were happy.
