Snowmobiling Retreat

Welcome to Buckatabon Acres. Situated on 40 acres, enjoy the privacy and quiet of this modern cabin. Within reach of all the Northwoods has to offer. Features high-end furniture and full kitchen (no dish washer). Plenty of room for parking your vehicles and trailers in large gravel plowed parking area. Come enjoy a beautiful northwoods adventure.
Private drive to the cabin with no nearby neighbors. Bonus: if the electricity ever goes out, there is a back-up generator to keep the lights/ heat on.

Property was constructed in 2018, originally created by owner as a hunting/weekend getaway, with large attached pole building garage for all his toy storage (garage not for renter use). Now it has become the perfect recreation escape! The area includes easy access to snowmobile trails. There are several restaurants around Buckatabon Lake and only a 20 minute drive to Eagle River with everything else you could possibly need.

DISCLOSURES:

There is one outdoor camera monitoring the property for your safety and for when the property is not occupied. It only looks at the exterior door and parking lot and does not include interior views.

Snowmobile getaway

Excellent location just off the trails. Plenty of space for trailers to load and unload. The entrance (mudroom) makes a great space to store all gear when not in use. Space was clean, cozy and beautifully set in nature. We will be back to visit for sure. Thanks for the nice getaway with friends.

Awesome Cabin

We enjoyed this cabin! Like new, CLEAN, great views to wooded area, and a large covered patio. Perfect location for what we needed and was easy to find. Had good communication with owners upon arrival and when leaving. Would highly recommend.

Fall Musky Fishing Trip

The place was exactly what we were looking for. The host provided clear communication, the cabin itself was spotless, and we would definitely stay here again. It made coming and going with a trailer attached a breeze given the ample parking out front.

Truly a Wonderful North Woods Getaway!

The property was located in the perfect location in order to visit Eagle River, Land ‘O Lakes, and St Germain easily by ATV! The property was so incredibly clean and had all of the amenities we needed. The fire pit and wood provided two great nights of campfires! Would definitely stay again! Great communication with Beth.

Cozy and quiet

We really enjoyed our stay at the cabin. It is super clean and comfortable furniture and beds. We liked that it didn't have a lot of stuff in it for our 3 year old to get her hands on. The kitchen also had everything we needed to make meals. It is very peaceful at the cabin with almost no cars even driving by. Nothing but the sounds of nature. The only thing that would've been an added bonus would have been a table outside, but it definitely wasn't anything that took away from our stay. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your cabin.

Nice two bedroom cabin.

Place was great. Worked well for our needs. Boat launch near by and great bike trails in the area. Clean and comfortable.

Wonderful place to stay!

The property is beautiful, lots of wildlife around the property. It’s secluded in the woods so you have lots of privacy and it’s so peaceful to sit out under the porch. The cabin itself inside is very nice and very spacious for a single family. Everything inside is newer and up to date which makes it super nice to relax in. Beth is the host you communicate with, she is fast at responding to messages and seems very helpful in assuring your stay is a peaceful one. We will definitely look at staying here again as we come up every year for the great fishing. I would recommend this cabin to anyone looking to head to this area.

Look no further…This Beautiful Northwoods escape is ideal for Anyone that wants to explore the area fishing, snowmobiling, hiking, biking, kayaking, etc. Close distance to Eagle River, Land O’ Lakes and many more. The cabin has all the amenities needed for your family/solo vacation. My son and I enjoyed the privacy of this stunning property and made some wonderful memories. Perfect!

Comfy, cozy newer 2 bedroom 1 bath cabin situated on a large private wooded parcel. This little gem is situated off lake from Upper Lake Buckatabon. If you are looking for quiet and private this is the place. Great amenities, charcoal grill, firepit, chaise lounge chairs, washer and dryer, comfortable beds with nice linens and comforters, nice living area with large windows throughout for great views, everything you could need is here. Check in was easy, great communication with host. This is perfect for a solo traveler or couple, or couple with small kids. Situated between Star Lake and Conover, good base camp for hiking and kayaking in the area. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you for sharing your lovely rental.

Another great stay

Another great stay, this makes three now. Despite the lack of snow, we made the best of it with our side-by-side. Great surrounding community and establishments. Beth was very accommodating to our rescheduling with hopes of snow.

Labor Day Weekend 2023

Great Place to Stay

I stayed at this property with my friend for a fishing tournament and was very pleased. The gravel lot provided ample space to park and turn around a boat, the property was clean and well maintained and gave a private/ secluded feel while still being close enough to gas and dining. Overall we really enjoyed the accommodation.
