Our host was amazing! We enjoyed our stay very conveniently next to all the things needed especially the college! We will stay again. Would like to have had more towels.. especially without a washer/ dryer. Walmart was about 12 mos out which was helpful!

Really nice

We loved our time here! The house was very clean and had a lot of room. The neighborhood was very sketchy but we knew that from the reviews ahead of time so it did not bother us.

Blues Festival/Syracuse Base

Great location just off Interstate for easy access to all local restaurants, shopping and activities. Nicely decorated with 4 comfortable bedrooms and large living room and dining room. Perfect headquarters for 4 couples to enjoy the New York State Blues Festival.

This house was in a convenient location-8 minutes from Destiny mall and 10-15 minutes away from restaurants, bars, etc. It was clean and provided a good space for 6 people.

Diamond in the rough

The house was wonderful and very clean. My family was in town for a graduation and it worked well. Other than a super noisy street at night, it was a good choice.

Comfortable stay

We visited our son at Syracuse. We chose to walk to campus during the day but I would never do it at night. The house was not in a good part of town. The rooms were clean and our stay was comfortable.

The house is completely beautiful. Amazing job on the flip. Prior, i knew the neighborhood isnt the best but sometimes its the diamond in the rough. Only drawback was the landscape there was glass broken bottles in the driveway. I am sure it was the neighborhood people but no complaints. .

Syracuse Get Away

This was a spacious, beautifully renovated, incredibly decorated house! Inside was perfect. Outside yard and neighborhood were questionable. A yard clean up would seem less frightening as there was a lot of garbage, homeless items, smashed glass throughout the yard and driveway. The house was perfect for our concert at the Dome but did bot feel safe for walking. Neighborhood stores were either non existent or frightening. Do not count on any convenience shopping within walking distance. Once inside, house was beautiful, well stocked, beds very comfortable.

Nice inside, but…

This property was definitely in a less desirable neighborhood but it had easy access to interstate 81 and downtown Syracuse, so it worked out nicely. The interior of the property was nicely set up and very clean and relatively new, so once inside, and with your vehicles parked behind the house, you could relax in relative comfort with your family. Unfortunately, although able to accommodate up to 11 people, (we had 7 adults), there was not enough silverware, drinking glasses or coffee mugs for our group and had to resort to plastic utensils and our travel mugs for coffee in the morning. In that this was a family wedding and reunion of sorts, our plans were to prepare meals when not at the festivities. Unfortunately the kitchen was not well equipped for this and lacked items such as serving bowls, pitchers, baking sheets, incomplete measuring cups and spoons and minimal linens for the kitchen. One dish towel and a single sponge without a scrubby to clean pots and pans is not sufficient when there is no dishwasher and only a small dish drying rack. Further, the coffee pot supplied was for 3 cups!! Had these little things been addressed we certainly could have given it a better review. If none of the issues regarding the kitchen supplies concern you and you don’t mind the neighborhood, the access was great and the interior of the property was nicely renovated and very clean.
