You'll enjoy the new kitchen, w breakfast bar w barstools to enjoy your complimentary Keurig coffee! Large bedroom w luxury king-sized bed. Excellent location-walkable to Grandview Ave/bars/restaurants/shops, close to Upper Arlington, OSU & downtown. 7 minutes to The Shoe/Schott/Blue Jackets. The James/Riverside/Grant/OSU medical nearby

This is an attractive red brick building built in the 1940's that has been completely renovated. There are four one story flats/apartments in the building. There are original hardwood floors that have been refinished. The bathroom has new sink, new white subway tile, new fixtures. There are new light fixtures and chandeliers throughout. There's a new kitchen with beautiful new oak countertops, new stainless appliances, and a sleek glass tile backsplash. Laundry facilities in basement. Nice backyard for pets. Clean, bright, sunny and spacious unit!

You'll have your own private entrance to your apartment, and there are shared laundry facilities in the basement. It is shared with the other three units. Your unit has access to its own printer!

There is private parking off street in the lot in the rear of the building as well as free on street parking right in front of the building.
