This cozy cabin is perfect for couples who want to escape to the mountains and spend some quality time together. This secluded cozy cabin is nestled in the woods, surrounded by nature and only one other cabin, so you can relax and enjoy each other's company. You will feel refreshed and rejuvenated after spending some time in this beautiful space!

When you stay with us, you'll have the entire cabin to yourself - except for the crawl space. This means that you'll be able to enjoy the peace and quiet of the great outdoors without having to share the space with anyone else. You'll also be able to make yourself at home and feel comfortable during your stay.

★ NATURE IMMERSION ★
At Serenity Ridge, we have a monthly preventative program to deter insects. Although we do everything, we can to keep them out of the cabins, it is not always possible to keep 100% of them out all of the time. Please be aware that if you do find insects in or around your cabin, there will be no refunds or discounts given. To help us keep insects and other wildlife out of the cabins, please make sure to keep doors closed at all times.

★ INFORMATION ★

✔ The driveway at the property is gravel and a little tight for people not familiar with mountain roads and there is a lip at the top of the driveway where the gravel meets the pavement you will need to maintain speed getting in and out. Low Sports Vehicles May not be able to enter or exit the driveway. Some Larger Trucks and SUVs may find the driveway tight please be mindful when booking. 4WD and AWD is Recommended.

✔ Décor depicted in photos in or around the cabin may need to be changed from time to time. Food in photos is for staging purposes only.

✔The hot tub is drained and refilled with fresh water before each guest arrives. Depending on when our cleaning crew finishes their cleaning on the day of check-in, it is possible that the hot tub may not be at the desired temperature on the first night.

✔Safety is key while on vacation, and that means being aware of your surroundings. Likely, you will see and hear critters while on vacation, so it's important to know that bears can be dangerous. Please don't feed or approach them and stay safe.

✔ All guests must be 18+ (children with parents are allowed)

We understand you may need to reach us before or during your stay. The best way to communicate with us is directly through the Vrbo platform. This way, we can quickly and easily answer any of your questions or concerns all in one place. Please know that responses will be made during business hours 8 am to 5 pm

Additional rules
✔ No unapproved late check-out or early check-in. If a guest does not vacate the property by 10 AM on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $50.00 for the first half hour and $100.00 for each subsequent half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property.
✔ Unfortunately, no refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
✔To keep our establishment pet-free, we do not allow guests to bring in any pets of any kind. If a pet is sneaked in, the guest will be charged an additional $300 and asked to leave.
✔ For the safety of all guests, absolutely no fires inside or out. Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $100 in addition to any damages that may have occurred
✔ Water and Septic: The cabin is on well and septic systems. The septic system is very effective; however, it will become clogged if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. This includes feminine products, make-up wipes, baby wipes, and even flushable wipes.
✔The hot tub is for guests 21 and over only. Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or you are pregnant. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK! Please also note that the hot tub is dumped and cleaned between every guest so when you first arrive the hot tub may not be at your desired temperature.
✔ Video Surveillance: – The Property has one security camera placed at the front of the cabin facing the front door and driveway. The camera is there for the safety and security of the guests and the property. The video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons.
✔ We do not send maintenance to the property during your stay. If something requires maintenance, please let us know and we will send someone as soon as possible after you depart.
✔ Smoking of any kind is not allowed.
✔ In the event the Guest wishes to cancel the reservation, Travel Insurance, Damage Protection, and any processing or administrative fees are non-refundable.
✔ Due to weather, acts of God, or repair/maintenance, some amenities may not be available. We cannot guarantee the availability of every amenity. No refunds will be provided.
