Welcome to your private beach house with luxe amenities.

3 bedroom / 3 bath very well appointed and spacious home with pool, spa, and expansive grounds to enjoy. Bonus outdoor shower and bathroom! The property is on an oceanfront private street - about 100 yards to the private beach access. The grounds are meticulously landscaped featuring stone patio seating areas, an orchard of fruit trees (apricot, plum, apple, orange, lemon, lime). Throughout the estate, you'll find corners perfect for relaxing, reading a book, or conversation. For the more active in your group, the spacious front and back lawn areas provide the perfect playground, as well as a generous basketball area. When you're ready for the beach, you're just a 1-minute walk to the private beach access. We take care of the chairs, towels, and even some toys for the sand entertainment.

Enjoy a dip in the large heated (optional) pool and covered spa, along with a Baja shelf (perfect for kids to play and adults to lounge). Integrated in the pool is a large gas fire table with fire glass and 32 flames.

The entire property has been exquisitely renovated inside and out - from the flooring to the fixtures, to the bathrooms, bedrooms, and kitchens - stylish in modern Mediterranean comfort. All new furniture and bedding from Restoration Hardware, Saatva, and Casper. Heated bathroom floors, 4K TVs, vaulted ceilings throughout.

The gated property is very quiet, serene, and private in a friendly neighborhood where neighbor respect is of utmost importance. The location is on an oceanfront street approximately 1 minute to private beach access.

The Villa also offers a fully detached office with printing/scanning capabilities.

This is a beautiful property. I love the openness of theiving areas. The pool and spa were very inviting. Each morning we would enjoy our coffee while sitting in the hot tub watching the sun rise. I like thst stainless steel cup are provided for the pool area. We really appreciated the private beach entrance. Just be prepared, there is a rather steep walkway and then 65 steps the the beach.

We had a family vacation with my adult children and their significant others here and it was a great choice. Plenty of room to spread out in the main house. 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, a large kitchen if one wanted to cook (we chose to eat out at Santa Barbara's wonderful restaurants), and a quiet, gated property in a beach close neighborhood. Pool and spa also on the property, although we did not use it as much as I thought we might due to cloudy/rainy weather on the day we had set aside to hang by the pool. Great location, close to airport, shopping, dining, short drive to the Zoo. We would definitely stay here again.

House was beautiful and in a very quiet neighborhood. Very clean. The pool and hot tub were lovely and the private access to the beach was an amazing plus. One thing to note - the ramp and stairs to the beach were very steep, so elderly folks or people with mobility issues may have a hard time navigating. The beds were very comfortable, as were the bathrooms. I always look in the washing machines in our rentals - you can always tell a lot based on how dirty and moldy they let the washers get, and this one was spotless! Would be the perfect place for a large group get together - 3 comfortable bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (we didn’t rent the guesthouse, which would give even more space). Check in was smooth, as was communication with the host.

We had a fabulous visit

The house was lovely. The check In process was easy and Brent was very accommodating, he even left us a bottle of wine to welcome us. The home is clean and the property was well maintained. We had all of the necessary amenities and everything was well communicated in the welcome book. Would recommend!

Very comfortable and great location

We stayed in February, so didn’t use the pool or spa. The house was very nice and comfortable, even during a big winter storm, with 3 fireplaces and lots of cosy places to settle in to. Once the storm passed, we enjoyed the neighborhood as well, with beach access very close by and access to a great walking/running/biking path just a few short minutes from the house. Host was very responsive and even checked in to make sure we were doing okay during the storm. Definitely would stay here again!

Nice, but drawbacks

It was a bummer we had issues with our booking. We were told Friday night before our Monday check-in that we couldn't stay our last night even though we had paid for it already (apparently something happened with their reservation system). For our big family summer vacation with itinerary set, this threw us and we had to find accommodations for one night on very short notice which made us have to move towns (not to mention pay more). The manager did apologize but honestly we felt like he didn't do much to try to remedy the change thrust upon us besides offering to come a day early (we were flying cross country so that didn't work) and let us come earlier on our check-in day. We got a lesson in being at the mercy of the hosts, which I suppose is VRBO, but still disappointing (esp. at this price point). The property was nice, clean. Property rules list was very long so it wasn't exactly a "relaxing" stay as parents concerned with following the rules. The beach had tar, which we were unfamiliar with, so we couldn't use it as we'd imagined, but nice for walks. Quiet, seemingly safe neighborhood though and house had all the amenities it should for this price point. Didn't love the cameras even if they were supposed to only be used for check in. Kids loved the pool. Location is short drive to downtown SB and needs transportation to access restaurants, etc. All in all, it was a nice, comfortable stay but I'd personally recommend it more for adults than a family/kids.
