Our newly remodeled bright and airy beach house is located in the desirable East Mesa neighborhood; less than 2 blocks to Shoreline Park and stairs accessing the beautiful beach below. We offer inspiring spaces to relax and entertain with seamless indoor/outdoor flow.

The master bedroom with a king bed has its own bathroom and a sunny private courtyard.

The Mesa was the perfect stay for me and my girlfriends. Warm welcoming from Kelly with great amenities like weighted blankets and turbin towels for our hair. The house was very cute with a stocked kitchen and great outdoor space. Would book again!

Great location & wonderful property! The host was very accommodating and the extra special touches are appreciated - coffee, tea & sparkling water are nice to have on hand! Beds and bedding were very comfortable! Extra items offered like fans, flashlights, charging cords, shower caps and more make you feel very at home! Can’t wait to return!

Six of us go on a trip annually. This is one of the best places we've stayed at. The house is lovely with excellent touches like coffee and flowers. The owner is super responsive to any inquiries and the location was perfect.

Excellent and responsive hosts. The day after we noted that the driveway was dark at night new lights were installed. The outdoor spaces were lovely and the landscaping brought the outside in on rainy days through the big windows and good lighting.

The house, the location, and the hosts are exemplary, and all make for a wonderful stay.The house itself is clean, bright and airy, with numerous amenities, a lovely garden and patio area, as well as whimsical touches such as a colorful welcome sign in the kitchen for guests. The pantry and fridge have tons of spices and condiments so you're not required to buy a lot of things you might otherwise need to just to prepare a simple meal. And the kitchen has every utensil, pot and dish you might desire. Kelly and Paul are exemplary hosts—thoughtful, responsive, and helpful—and quick to respond to requests. For example, we found the barbecue low on propane and asked if they could restock it the next day, but instead they showed up 20 minutes later with more fuel. The location, just a block or two from the beach and walking distance to restaurants, is really convenient and the neighborhood is quiet. Meanwhile, the house is stocked with lots of items to enjoy a day at the beach, from surf and boogie boards to wagons to haul stuff around.We really enjoyed our stay and strongly recommend this property.

Excellent property and location

Great friends trip, 2 couples plenty of space. We enjoyed evenings on the patio grilling out and sitting by the fire pit. The outdoor space was fantastic. Morning walks along the ocean and easy walking to downtown were a bonus. Everything was as advertised. Kelly was a treat to deal with, we will be back.

East Mesa Getaway

Fantastic home and location! The home is equipped with everything we needed for a super comfortable stay. Amazing gathering spots, both indoors and out. We had great access to downtown and walking to Shoreline Park and down to the marina. Beautiful home!!

Amazing host in an awesome location

Kelly was one of the best hosts I’ve ever had on VRBO - very proactive, responsive and willing to go the extra mile to make sure our stay was extra special. Her house is in a great location - walking distance to a park with a beach but far enough from the downtown to have nice quiet nights with the kids. 100% would stay here again and recommend you to as well. Thanks Kelly!

Wonderful stay

Everything was top notch! This was one of the best rentals we have stayed in. Everything was clean and updated and there were great outdoor spaces for relaxing. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen had everything you needed to cook. It was an easy walk to the park, beach and restaurants. Kelly was a great host and great communicator. We hope to be back soon!

Best place to be

We came for a work trip/vaca and really loved Santa Barbara. We were a short walk to the park at the end of the street and took the stairs down to the beach. Santa Barbara was amazing and would recommend it for anyone to visit with nice beaches, walking areas, restraints. The property itself was a nice quiet, spacious getaway for me and my family. We would definitely stay here again.

This house was great! I would stay at this house again & highly recommend it to others. I have stayed at many VRBO homes throughout the years and this was the best “stocked” house I’ve stayed in from the kitchen to the bathrooms. Extremely clean. The beds were very comfortable with the mattress toppers. The pictures don’t do justice to the wonderful landscaping. Great location and walkable to the water. I have absolutely no complaints about this place..

We had an amazing time in this stunning property. The house is beautiful and roomy with stunning outdoor spaces. Kelly was a dream hostess who has thought of everything. Graduation getaway

Wonderful place for 6 of us to stay while celebrating a graduation. The location is perfect…just a short walk to Shoreline park and Leadbetter Beach. The beds were extremely comfortable. Kelly was so attentive and thought of everything when supplying the house. And, the plants, including abundant succulents and roses, were gorgeous. We loved it!
