Our newly remodeled bright and airy beach house is located in the desirable East Mesa neighborhood; less than 2 blocks to Shoreline Park and stairs accessing the beautiful beach below. We offer inspiring spaces to relax and entertain with seamless indoor/outdoor flow.
Highlights include:
3 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms.
The master bedroom with a king bed has its own bathroom and a sunny private courtyard.
The living room has soaring wood accented ceilings.
Full kitchen is stocked with all the necessary appliances, along with ample seating at the dining table.
Two beautiful outdoor patios offer a dining table, barbeque, firepit and outdoor shower.
Every window in the house looks upon a lush landscape.
Ample street parking with no restrictions.
Fantastic property managers available to assist with any needs or concierge services you may require, such as shopping, activity arrangements, restaurant reservations, etc.

Six of us go on a trip annually. This is one of the best places we've stayed at. The house is lovely with excellent touches like coffee and flowers. The owner is super responsive to any inquiries and the location was perfect.

Excellent property and location

Great friends trip, 2 couples plenty of space. We enjoyed evenings on the patio grilling out and sitting by the fire pit. The outdoor space was fantastic. Morning walks along the ocean and easy walking to downtown were a bonus. Everything was as advertised. Kelly was a treat to deal with, we will be back.

This house was great! I would stay at this house again & highly recommend it to others. I have stayed at many VRBO homes throughout the years and this was the best “stocked” house I’ve stayed in from the kitchen to the bathrooms. Extremely clean. The beds were very comfortable with the mattress toppers. The pictures don’t do justice to the wonderful landscaping. Great location and walkable to the water. I have absolutely no complaints about this place..

Perfect spot for family

Home is as beautiful as the pictures. Great beds/linens! Southern CA vibes and comfort. 2 blocks to the coast with great walking options to the harbor. Our family of 5 enjoyed making memories and was the perfect spot to be to celebrate our UCSB graduate. Thoughtful details such as robes and lots of towels and other comfort items throughout the home. The outdoor shower is simply divine! So happy we found this spot. Hosts were very responsive.

Wonderful stay

Everything was top notch! This was one of the best rentals we have stayed in. Everything was clean and updated and there were great outdoor spaces for relaxing. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen had everything you needed to cook. It was an easy walk to the park, beach and restaurants. Kelly was a great host and great communicator. We hope to be back soon!

East Mesa Getaway

Fantastic home and location! The home is equipped with everything we needed for a super comfortable stay. Amazing gathering spots, both indoors and out. We had great access to downtown and walking to Shoreline Park and down to the marina. Beautiful home!!

Amazing host in an awesome location

Kelly was one of the best hosts I’ve ever had on VRBO - very proactive, responsive and willing to go the extra mile to make sure our stay was extra special. Her house is in a great location - walking distance to a park with a beach but far enough from the downtown to have nice quiet nights with the kids. 100% would stay here again and recommend you to as well. We had an amazing time in this stunning property. The house is beautiful and roomy with stunning outdoor spaces. Kelly was a dream hostess who has thought of everything. Best place to be

We came for a work trip/vaca and really loved Santa Barbara. We were a short walk to the park at the end of the street and took the stairs down to the beach. Santa Barbara was amazing and would recommend it for anyone to visit with nice beaches, walking areas, restraints. The property itself was a nice quiet, spacious getaway for me and my family. We would definitely stay here again.

Graduation getaway

Wonderful place for 6 of us to stay while celebrating a graduation. The location is perfect…just a short walk to Shoreline park and Leadbetter Beach. The beds were extremely comfortable. Kelly was so attentive and thought of everything when supplying the house. And, the plants, including abundant succulents and roses, were gorgeous. We loved it!

We had the best time!

The location was fantastic. We were able to walk to the beach, the coffee shops, restaurants, State street etc. Very well located. The home was perfectly appointed with many little extras that made our stay very comfortable. It was clean and welcoming right from the start. Our hosts were easy to reach and communications were smooth and simple. We would definitely recommend this property to friends and family and we look forward to returning again soon

Fabulous Santa Barbara Stay!

We had a fabulous time at the house! The location was fantastic. It was a short walk to the beach, and a short drive to downtown. The house was very comfortable with plenty of room for our family of four with one young adult and one teenage son. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook breakfasts and dinners in. The host was very communicative and check in was a breeze. We’d love to stay here again!

Great Place for Family Weekend

This property was prettier in person than in the pictures. We also loved the privacy from the wall of bushes in the front yard to the very high fences all around, so you can't see any neighbors or people on the street. Beautiful rose garden in the front and lots of places to sit inside and on the outside patios. Just a short walk to watch the sunset on the ocean and enjoy the park and harbor. Perfect location. And Kelly was great! Very responsive and helpful. We'll definitely be back!

Great home away from home

This was a great rental property for our five day stay in Santa Barbara. Communication with Kelly was seamless and she was very responsive. The location was excellent - short walk to the beach and beachside restaurants, short drive to town. The home itself was spacious and well-stocked with several nice touches not often found in rentals (e.g. shower caps, hair ties, full-size lotions). The kitchen was probably the best we've ever had in a VRBO. We like the flexibility of being able to cook some of our meals, so it was a treat to be able to come home from the farmers market and cook dinner with proper equipment and supplies! We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would gladly come back.
