We Love Hosting!!! Located between Kierland and Old Town, Tres Palmeros is a 1/3 acre, 3,000 Sq Ft, 4-bedroom w/ 5 Beds, 2 1/2 -bathroom resort style home just off the 101 freeway in N Scottsdale.
The Outdoor area offers a brand new 6-person $13k Jacuzzi brand Spa, 25" Putting Green, King Memory Foam Day Bed under a gorgeous Pergola. a volleyball/badminton net, a brand new BBQ for grilling, and fire pit to enjoy under the Arizona stars.
The Indoor space was designed by Pottery Barn, CB2, and Z Gallerie. The living room offers 22 foot tall ceilings, an 8 person Pottery Barn Dining Table, wood burning fireplace, Pottery Barn Couch and game area with darts and Foosball. The massive fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances offers an $8K Taj Mahal Quartzite kitchen island with four bar chairs, 75" QLED television, Large pillow soft couch from Z Gallerie, wood burning fireplace, and fun LED nigh lights.
The Master Bedroom comes complete with a King sized bed, TV, and an attached master bathroom with a 6-person Jacuzzi Brand hot tub. We also have three Boho Desert themed bedrooms.
With luxurious amenities such as premium linens, fresh towels, high speed WiFi and an HDTV, our property provides all of the comforts of home without any of the hassle.

- There is one step in the home so we do not consider it wheelchair accessible
- Scottsdale passed a law that requires a sex offender background check
- Neighborhood observes quiet hours between 10pm and 6am

We worked with some of the top designers in Scottsdale and the furnishings are from Arhaus, Pottery Barn, Z-Gallerie, CB2, and other high end furniture stores.
