Our family would like to invite you to come relax and hibernate at our Blue Bear Lodge. This newly constructed, fully loaded 4 bedroom 3 bath townhome has all new furnishings and trimmings for your comfort. Cool off from the summer heat in this fully ducted air-conditioned home. Or cozy up to the propane fireplace after a day of skiing. Our priority is your enjoyable stay.

Chock full kitchen contains everything you need to prepare meals. Features a gas range, French door refrigerator, convection/air frier oven, instant pot, Keurig coffee to name a few. Counter seating along with a dedicated dining area has plenty of seating for all for family/friends' dinner or game nights. Comfortable home has fast internet, 4 Smart TVs with Hulu and Disney Plus included or stream your own services. Stocked laundry room with washer/dryer, iron, and supplies included for your convenience.

Main floor Bedroom #1 has queen bed, nightstands, 55" smart TV, roomy closet with hangers and luggage rack. This bedroom is next to the downstairs full hall bath and can serve a second master or grandparents' room.

Second floor Bedroom #2 has queen bed, two nightstands and a portable crib for the little one. Roomy closet with hangers & luggage rack also contains two baby gates for the stairs, highchair, crib bedding and baby bath supplies.

Second floor bedroom #3 is The Bunkhouse with two sets of XL Twin's over Queen bed bunks. Perfect hangout for the kids or friends with 55" smart TV, dresser, books, games, DVD's and player.

Master bedroom upstairs has luxury king bed, nightstands, 55" smart TV, dresser, walk in closet with hangers and luggage rack. Attached master bath has double sinks and walk in shower.

There is another full hall bath on second floor. There is parking for one vehicle in the garage and one in the driveway.

Less than 1 mile to walk or bike to Ponderosa State Park, downtown McCall for coffee shops, restaurants & shopping, Legacy Park and beach, the Marina, or Manchester Ice and Event center. 3.5 mile drive the The Activity Barn for winter tubing hill fun. 10-mile drive to Brundage Mountain Ski resort If you prefer to ride, the Mountain Community Transit-Red Line offers free public transportation 7 days per week and the bus stop is just across the street.

No trailers or RVs. No pets. NO smoking allowed on the property or on the grounds of the complex. No events. No parties.

No street parking. Parking for two vehicles Only - one in garage and one in driveway.

This home has a two night minimum stay, but some date ranges require a 3 or 4 night stay.

Make yourself at home, but please be respectful of locked cupboards and doors that indicate a private space.

All of our properties have self-check in via keyless entry or lockbox. Guest access codes and check in information will be sent to guests one week prior to arrival.

Parties and events are NOT allowed at this property.

Check in is any time after 4PM. Check out is at 10AM.

The guest renting this home must be an adult 25 years or older and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reservation period.

This property is subject to all City of McCall ordinances, including those specific to noise levels, occupancy, and safety.

All reservations must submit identification and sign the DoneRight Management rental agreement w/in 72 hours of booking.

Your worry-free, DoneRight Management vacation rental is equipped with linens, towels, toiletry items, and kitchen essentials. To start your vacation off right, we've provided a day's worth of supplies, including your morning coffee, paper towels, bathroom tissue, and garbage bags. Also provided where required is propane for gas grills and enough wood for indoor fireplace use during your stay. For properties with a fire pit, guests will need to purchase wood, available at several local stores.

Each rental property also includes a guest book with information and tips unique to the home, along with recommendations, local activities and events, local emergency contact information, including how to contact us – we're always just a phone call away.

Our office is located on the corner of North 3rd Street and McGinnis Street in McCall (directly across the street from The Mill restaurant) - stop by and say hello! Our office hours are Monday-Friday 9am to 6pm, and Saturdays from 10am to 4:30pm.
