Baffin Bay Waterfront, Fishing

Nestled in Riviera, Texas and surrounded by the famous King Ranch and Kennedy Ranch, this home is on a water front right on Baffin Bay, known for some of the best trophy speckled trout and excellent redfish fishing. With a 210 foot green lighted pier, boat dock, and fish cleaning station guests will have their own private pier all to themselves. If you have a boat, bring it and launch on the public boat ramp right down the road and dock and pickup guest from the pier. There are two houses on the property that can sleep a total of 11 people. The main house will be used for guests up to 8. The second house will only become available for guests 9-11. The $200 nightly fee covers guest 1-4. Every guest after 4 will cost $50 per night per guest up to 11.

The main house is a 3 bedroom 2 bath home fully furnished that sleeps up to 8 people.
The second house is a fully furnished Cottage that sleeps 3 additional people. It is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, kitchen and living room house (1 Queen and a futon that makes into a bed). If your party exceeds 8 people we will provide access to the cottage with the same key code as the main house.

Enjoy fiber connected internet (300Mbps up/down) Wi-Fi, bring your own favorite streaming accounts and access our 65' Roku HD streaming TV. Fully supplied Coffee/Tea Bar with a variety of selections to enjoy. Relax in the enclosed patio with water fountain and play some of our selection of board games or just take in the spectacular views.

Explore nearby Kingsville and visit Kings Ranch Visitor Center or the King Ranch Museum. The popular Kings Inn restaurant is less than 5 min away.

Please note that our rates start at $200 for up to 4 people and go up $50 per person per night for 5- 11 people.

Please do not bring/invite any unpaid guests to our property. Supplies and linens are provided for the reservation count. In addition to the additional guests fees that will be charged to your reservation a $300 guest overage fee will be applied to the rental of the property if unpaid guests arrive.
