Not to mention the 900 SF screened in patio with built in barbecue pit, lounge area, dining, and flatscreen TV to enjoy the outdoors while staying away from the bugs! Walking distance to the legendary Kings Inn restaurant, view of beautiful Baffin Bay, and plenty of parking for any vehicles and boats you may have. The property is dog friendly(outside only), fully fenced, with a completed large covered dog kennel. The home boasts an open floor plan to share the fishing stories of the day, and luxury amenities to make your stay memorable. 3 Queen Beds and a master suite with a King bed make it easy to accommodate all of your guests comfortably. Planned a fishing trip to Baffin Bay and wanted a place near Kaufer-Hubert park to launch the boat. We were very pleased with the location and the house. The house was very clean and comfortable. I would book it again.

Excellent place to stay!

We were down for dove hunting and this place was perfect! 100% as advertised, well stocked, clean, and comfortable. We really enjoyed the outdoor area with the tv. Will stay again if we go next year.

Family Getaway

This house was a great stay for a quick family getaway! It was very clean, owner had great communication and it was a great space to relax and enjoy some family time. Great Location when fishing Baffin Bay

We truly enjoyed our stay. We had a little trouble with getting into house but totally my fault as it was late so I just looked at instructions from VRBO to get in but owners had sent me a separate code. I highly recommend this house for staying in Baffin Bay Area. Will always check availability when we come down!

Hunting on King Ranch

The property was very clean. All appliances worked perfectly. The property has a big garage which was good for vehicle security. The property is close to a couple of pretty good restaurants and a little C-store.

Great stay!

We were in visiting friends that live a couple miles down the road. We basically just needed a place to sleep, and I was a little bummed we didn’t get to stay and enjoy this house longer! It was great! Well-stocked kitchen, super comfortable beds, plenty of space for the family! We rent a lot of VRBO and cleanliness is very important. The house was immaculate. Clean, comfortable and cozy! Thanks for a great stay. We are in town every NYE and will definitely rent again!

Not really a 3 bedroom

The pictures and description are misleading. These is a bedroom with 2 queen size beds, but the other "2" bedrooms are actually one room. The pictures make it appear as if these are separate rooms, but these is only a partila divider between the rooms. There is no 'door' between them, only a half wall.

Enjoyed our stay

We recently stayed at this property and had an overall enjoyable experience. The house was spacious, and the location was convenient, making it easy for us to explore the area. However, there were a few issues that impacted our stay. Upon arrival, we noticed food remnants on the floor, which could have been easily avoided with a bit more attention to cleaning. Additionally, there was no smoke detector in the second bedroom, which is a safety concern. The A/C stopped working our last night, which we reported the next morning, however there wasn’t a response from the owners. The complimentary snacks were a nice touch, but some were expired, so we didn’t feel comfortable eating them. Lastly, the listing was described as pet-friendly, but it didn’t quite live up to that standard. For pet owners, it might be helpful if the house had more accommodations suited for pets, as needing to keep them in an outdoor pen, is not an option for our family. Overall, this is a lovely place with potential, but addressing these minor issues could make it a fantastic stay for future guests.

Thank you for the review. We will address the cleaning issue with our cleaning service as well as check all snacks to ensure they are good. This is the first we have ever heard of issues around the cleanliness of our property, as seen in other reviews, we actually do wonderful with the cleanliness. Our instructions regarding outdoor pets is very clear in both the booking process as well as our instructions prior to the stay that we sent. We have great accommodations for pets staying outside including an acre of yard, large covered kennel, dog bowls, even a dog bed. The smoke detector in the second bedroom should not be a safety concern, as there is one in the room adjacent and there is no door between the rooms. We were not made aware of the A/C issue, we have checked all of our messages and there is no evidence of being contacted. Our cleaning service did report an issue with the A/C and it was immediately addressed after your stay and ready for the next guests. We take a lot of pride in our property and this review is not reflective of the experience that everyone else has enjoyed.

This area is walking distance to the local convenience store and famous Kings Inn restaurant, three minute drive to the boat ramp, public fishing pier and park, an acre of property to spread out, and slow pace of life for the residents. The weather is fantastic year round, almost always having a nice coastal breeze, and the big city of Kingsville is only 15 minutes up the road for all of the conveniences of the city.

We also boast a 900 SqFt fully screened patio with built in barbecue pit and mounted flatscreen TV for the ultimate game day hangout. The property has beautiful grassy yard that begs for a game of cornhole or washers, or just a game of catch with the football. Two driveways make it possible for multiple vehicles, including plenty of parking for a boat.
