Hemos remodelado nuestro espacioso apartamento de una habitación con todas las comodidades para ser nuestro hogar lejos de casa. Perfecto para dos personas que ofrecen una cama y cama doble de tamaño California King con ropa de cama de calidad superior. Hay una cabina de ducha de azulejos, así como ropa de baño para su conveniencia. Tenemos un televisor de pantalla plana de 46 "en la sala de estar.
Prepare comidas caseras y cene al aire libre en la gran terraza (balcón cubierto privado) con vista parcial al mar en el tercer piso. Los mostradores de granito se complementan con rango de acero de cerámica superior, lavavajillas y nevera de tamaño completo con dispensador de hielo automático. Una cocina totalmente equipada con microondas, cafetera, máquina de expreso, licuadora y utensilios de calidad le permite crear una experiencia culinaria o disfrutar de la comodidad sin preocupaciones.

Estamos ubicados en el complejo Kihei Alii Kai, que cuenta con una piscina azul brillante, jacuzzi, sauna, estacionamiento cubierto y 2 instalaciones para barbacoa a gas. Toma nuestras sillas de playa y pasa el día buceando, surfeando y nadando en las playas de la vida al otro lado de la calle o reserva una hora de salida en uno de los campos de golf más cercanos. Estamos cerca de restaurantes informales y de clase mundial, así como de transporte público, licores, alimentos saludables y muchos otros servicios minoristas.
Nuestro condominio aprovecha al máximo los vientos alisios de Maui ya que la mayoría de los días hay una brisa encantadora que se puede sentir en toda la unidad.

Summer in Maui

This is a wonderful condo in a great building and location. I had the pleasure to enjoy it almost the entire summer. Stocked full with anything you need for your stay. Very comfortable. Quick walk to the beach, food and shops. Owners are wonderful and are quick to respond if needed. I hope to be able to return again next year! Mel ~

Great location and amenities

All I can say is it’s definitely worth the stay. They provide beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, towels, etc. the pool is nice and there is a nice swimming beach right across the street with occasional sea turtles swimming around. There was a slight maintenance issue but the host resolve the issue very quickly and was very responsive. I definitely recommend!

This condo is in the perfect location. It’s beautiful and comfortable, we loved the in unit washer/dryer and full, well-equipped kitchen. Had everything you’d need for the beach, too. Super pleased overall. We really hope this place is open the next time we visit Maui!

Great spot to stay during your stay in Kihei

Our host was very friendly and excellent in communication before, during, and after our visit to Kihei. The home contained everything needed on vacation and more. It is in a great location where visitors are minutes away from the beach and delicious restaurants. We had a wonderful time staying here!

The view from the apartment is so nice! The kitchen is fully equipped, has everything you need and more. Loved the bed, very comfortable and has very nice quality bed sheets. We specialy enjoyed eating in the balcony.

Great Condo on a Beautiful Island (July, 2017)

This condo was everything we wanted and needed for our trip to Maui. The bedroom was comfortable, the bathroom and washer/dryer were great. The kitchen was amazing and had everything we needed to make a number of great meals (I do mean EVERYTHING). The dining area almost seemed redundant as we ate all of our meals out on the Lanai. There is a TV but we rarely had time to use it. Best of all, it was quiet. No loud partiers or rude neighbors here. Lihei is a great town to visit and everyone was incredibly kind. We could spend the entire time here just swimming and snorkeling at the beach (where there are a family of huge sea turtles). It is also a near-perfect launching point for anywhere on the island. From here we drove the Hana Highway, the road to the crater was easily accessible, Lahaina was close enough for a day trip, and we drove the Northwestern portion of the island and came back in the same day (do this drive and check out the Dragon's Teeth and the Nakalele Blowhole). The best part was having access to the latest edition (as of this writing, the 7th) of the great guidebook "Maui Revealed". Everything we did came from this book. A huge resource that every guest should take advantage of. Some things to consider when you stay here: -The floor is stone tile which makes it easier to clean and sweep (sand). Bring some comfortable sandals to wear in the condo or the hard floor will wear your legs out more than hiking. -The no AC was tricky to deal with but far from a deal breaker. If there is a good breeze it is great. At night, to keep the condo cool, we left a window open a bit in the bedroom and put the giant fan 4-6' away from the sliding screen door and aimed it outside. This pulls cooler outside air into the bedroom without a loud fan in there with you. A great condo and if and when we return we hope this same location is available.

Nice condo, with good owners, in a great location

Condo is very well appointed and very comfortable. The kitchen is extremely well stocked with lots of utensils, pots, pans, etc. The location was also great and we were able to walk to meals very easily, plus the beach is right across the street. We were pretty warm the first night and the owner, Diane, was very helpful in getting us an additional fan. We had no other issues, but I have no doubts that she would have been very helpful in resolving them if we did.

Perfect walkable location

What a gorgeous condo with a kitchen that will allow you to prepare all your meals: good pans, plenty of dishes, sharp knives, and even a waffle maker. The king size bed was super comfy. There's a partial ocean view from the balcony. Our favorite part was walking 1 block to the beach, eating pastries from the Maui bread co, going to the natural grocery store, and getting Thai food at Maui Thai Bistro all within a few blocks. Would go back in a heartbeat!

Wonderful Condo with a Wonderful Location

My boyfriend and I stayed at Diane's lovely condo for 5 days to celebrate our 7 year anniversary in Maui. Prior to my booking, Diane was very helpful with all of my questions and processing payment for the reservation. A week before arriving, Diane sent over check in directons and everything was thorough and accessing the condo was easy. This condo is conveniently located at the Kihei Alii Kai on the 3rd floor with a lovely partial view of the ocean. The best thing about this condo is that you are right across the street from the beach! There are multiple shopping plazas right outside the complex with many places for food and groceries. We did not have a car during our stay, but with where the condo is located, you don't really need one. We rented mopeds that are in 2 plazas next door whenever we did need to travel further. The furniture throughout the house was updated and comfy. There is Tv's in both the room and living room. The TV in the living room is a smart tv but I had trouble connecting to the wifi through it. The condo is also well equipped with appliances, cups, bowls, plates anything you name it. We slept on the sleeper sofa some of the nights just so we have a view out the Lanai and it was quite comfy. I would say this location is great, you are in a good area to be able to walk from place to place, Wailea is literally 5 minutes away, and of course the beach. The reason that i've given the rating of 4 stars instead of 5 is that this condo does not have A/C. Although there are fans throughout the condo, having centralized air would have been nice to have on a vacation getaway.

Perfect!!

This condo was absolutely perfect. It is conveniently located in South Kihei. The complex is clean and well maintained. It's a very quiet building. This is the second time I have stayed at the Alii Kai and it's been great both time. Diane's condo is so well equipped. There was nothing missing. I was traveling by myself this time and felt completely safe. The condo is renovated beautifully, the furniture on the Lanai is excellent and very comfortable. I rarely turned the tv on and spent most of my time either eating meals on the Lanai or sitting in the comfy chairs reading a book. It was an excellent vacation and I will book this suite again in the future.

Love It!

This was our second visit to Kihei and to this particular condo, and as was our first visit this was fantastic. The condo as others mention has everything needed to make yourself at home. It has been beautifully updated and lacks for nothing. The close proximity to the 3 Kams means you do not need to get in the car if you do not want to, although you should so that you can explore all of the beach's. Coffee on the Lanai in the morning and wine in the evening watching the sunset! Owner contact and care is above and beyond and very thorough and we would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great condo stay in South Kihei

Stayed for 1 week end of Nov. Arrival was smooth, no problems accessing keys. Once inside, condo just like the pictures, even better. Just as mentioned in previous reviews, well stocked and equipped unit for a great holiday. Very close walk to the beach with nice beach chairs/cooler and boogie boards. Nice and quiet and a comfy bed. Nicely redone bathroom as well. Quality appliances and furniture. Spacious lanai with good table and chairs. The only thing was the gritty dusty tiled floor which I am assuming was from the windy afternoons coming in through the lanai doors. Nice amenities such as the hot tub, sauna and pool which was a little cool but refreshing. 2 tennis courts. Much easier to play on less windy days though! The beaches in the area were really nice and the water very clear. Mornings were great for snorkeling and swimming. The sand is very fine and soft. For people who jog or walk it has long sidewalks and the beach for doing both. A person who has stair climbing problems or knee problems may have issues as there are a fair number of stairs to climb even though it has elevators. Would recommend this property.

Wonderful holiday

My husband and I stayed in the amazing condo for two weeks and we cannot say enough great things about it. The location was fantastic, the condo was supplied with everything anyone could ever need or want for a vacation and it was a quick three minute walk to the beach, great restuaurants and shopping. The owners were so accomadating for anything we asked or needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing!

This condo is amazing! The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances and basic items. The complex is nice and clean, pool area is nice. Perfect location with shops, restaurants and cafes and a quick walk to the beach. We could see the sunset and whales from the lanai in the unit. Absolutely would recommend this unit to anyone going to Kihei, and cannot wait to stay here again in the future!

Great accommodations

The view was great and very, very little noise. Clean and new appliances and well maintained suite. Will rent again and recommend to all our friends what a wonderful place this is and reasonably priced.
