VERY nice accommodation. The condo is in great condition with a comfortable bed, couch, indoor and outdoor tables and chairs. We used a very limited amount of kitchen items since we made it to the island eateries all over the place, but, more often than not, it was Fred’s for breakfast (I left two coupons from receipts for a free breakfast when you buy one). It’s right next door! We used two of the three beach chairs and umbrella provided. The 3rd chair has a broken clip on it. It’s a pretty quiet place, being at the rear of the complex, away from the busy street, even though it becomes pretty quiet on the streets after 10. In our 2 week stay, the washer/dryer was used once. The very nicely updated bathroom was used almost daily. Our TV (2) use was very limited since we bought our iPads. Electronic door entry made it nice not to lug a key around. I wanted to adjust the picture frames on the wall, but, was afraid they might fall apart since they appeared to be self destructing with the faint salt air moving through the complex, year after year! I’ve rented three different condos in this complex through the years and I can easily say this is hands down the best one. Even though it’s on the ground floor, the building is on higher ground than all the others in the complex. Bring your luggage in to the condo on the far side ramp of the building so you don’t wear your luggage down walking them up a double stairway. The lanai faces the sun-NICE! Thank you!
