Mini patio suite own entrance
Patio suite of 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. Separate entrance. 1 parking spot. The house itself is nestled in Rock Creek park. You may search on "Kensington Rock Creek Park" to know more about the location. Very much bike friendly area. We had rent before who solely dependent on bike.
The space
The bedroom has a Queen sized bed, 1 recliner, 1 dining / study table. Window type AC. Baseboard type Heater. As found in hotel rooms. I have been told in Summer days ceiling fan is enough. Large bathroom has large vanity and walk-in shower.
Washer dryer is not part of this unit. But available in other part of house that can be used weekly. Refrigerator and Microwave are provided. no stove. Lots of small appliances are provided. Instant pot is provided. Variety of meal can be prepared with the Instant pot. we just added a kitchen sink.
The place is meant for single occupancy. Specially for long-term stay. if you are coming for short term stay then double occupancy is ok. For long term stay only starter supplies are provided.
The house is a old house. Sign of wear and tear is there. though we are constantly remodeling this and that. Patio and Patio door is old. Bathroom is new, room has fresh paint.
Guest access
This unit is back side of the house. Access through driveway. One of the pictures shows that access. Arrive at the patio through driveway.
