Welcome to your home away from home! Relax with the whole family at this beautiful place to stay. With great easy access to highway 51, Scottsdale, Mayo clinic, Desert Ridge mall and many restaurants in north Phoenix. Our home offers 5 bedrooms (total of 6 beds), three bathrooms. Our home also offers a lounging couch area in the patio with a TV ,grill and outdoor furniture This new remodeled house is the perfect retreat for your Phoenix trip. Featuring 1850 sqft spacious place.

Great stay

Set up was a little funky(rooms) but on the whole it was very spacious. If the price is the same the next time definitely would stay here again.

Very clean with everything you need

Very clean and well stocked property. There were plenty of soft blankets, towels, paper plates, toilet paper and soap. We really enjoyed our time there.

College graduation trip

The property itself was just perfect for our family. The host was very nice and communicative! We loved the home. The neighborhood was peaceful and close to all necessities. I would definitely recommend this property and if we travel back, I will definitely try to stay away! 10 out of 10 for this property!

House

Nice house for large groups of people. 2 bedrooms with insuite bathrooms and then one wing with three bedrooms. Great for families and then individuals needing more privacy. House was clean and well furnished.

Made us feel at home!

We booked this place to host a baby shower and everything came out perfect. From the location, space, plenty of beds and baths. Owner was so helpful answering any questions I had and keeping us informed with any tips that’ll help make our stay better. The home felt very comfortable that it felt like I was staying at family’s house. Will be staying here again!

Plenty of space

The property was very large with plenty of space for our family. Bathrooms and kitchen are well-equipped. The only downside for us was the location. The neighborhood is fine but it was quite a distance out from main attractions. Which was my fault for not researching the area better

Happiness

The property adjusted to my needs for my family group. The stay was pleasant and the host responded when I contacted him. The neighborhood is very quiet. I recommend the house. I think I would return again.

Nice Place to Stay! Recommend!

Very nice, modern, adequately equipped kitchen. Beds are comfortable and clean. Just know that 2 of the 3 bathrooms are in bedrooms. Nice backyard area for enjoying the outdoors. Be sure to ask about propane for the grill and heaters. Minor inconvenience. Very quiet neighborhood. Excellent location central to just about anything you want to do! Great food nearby. Our host, Andrea, was very quick to respond and very accommodating! Recommended this property for our next stay.

Great Value

The house worked well for our family. The neighborhood was quiet. One of the en-suite bedrooms is only accessible from the back patio (like a casita). That bathroom was tiny, and would not work well for larger individuals. The kitchen was very well stocked with pots & pans and cooking utensils. I didn’t look closely at the listing, so I didn’t realize that there was no dishwasher. There were a lot of cars parked on the street, so there was only room for 2 cars in the driveway, with no available street parking.

Very Accommodating

Our family loved the property! The five bedrooms accommodated us so well. The beds were all pretty comfortable. The master king bed wasn’t bad just firmer than my husband and I are use to but the soft pillows helped a lot! The kitchen had everything we needed in order to make meals. The backyard was a great touch as well! The location being near the 51 was refreshing and made it easier to navigate throughout Arizona. Our entire family, including our two pets, felt right at home in this cozy property. Can’t wait to visit again! Also, Andrea was a great host who communicated promptly to all questions/concerns.

Comfortable stay aided by a great host!

Andrea was great to work with. Very responsive right from the get go. She was very welcoming and honest about things that weren't working such as the water and ice dispenser in the refrigerator, for which she had made alternate arrangements. We had 5 adults in our group and stay was overall very comfortable. There is no dishwasher in the house and would have been good to have that option. The property appears to be on the older side but is updated on the inside making it easy to live in. Its proximity to restaurants and grocery stores was great. The surrounding area, at first sight, seemed concerning but we were comforted by Andrea guaranteeing the neighborhood's safety and security as also other online reports. One of the rooms with an attached bath is outside the main living area but within the property boundaries - just something to be aware of in case you have a larger group. Would recommend without any hesitation.
