The Space:
PARKING:
There is on-site outdoor parking available. No assigned stalls, however, your vehicle must be registered during your stay. Instructions on how to do so will be provided to you. The condo comes with 1 parking space.
LIVING:
Enjoy the VIEW from the living room windows while you cozy up to the fireplace or put on your favourite show. A great place to read a book or spend time with those around you.
KITCHEN:
Designed with entertaining in mind, the open-concept kitchen area provides you with everything you need to ignite the inner chef.
DINING:
Gather around the large dining table for up to 7 guests and enjoy your favourite eats. A great space for socializing with loved ones and connecting after a great day of adventure in the valley.
SLEEPING/BATHROOMS:
The king bedroom features a spacious sitting area and a shared ensuite, while the queen bedroom has its own ensuite with a stand-up shower. The third bedroom features cozy bunk beds.
BALCONY:
The private south-facing balcony is accessed via the kitchen. Seating and décor provide great ambiance while soaking up the sun and the VIEWS!
LAUNDRY:
The full-sized washer/dryer is at the foot of the stairs. Complimentary detergent is provided during your stay.
Guest Access:
Accessing the unit is easy with a secure lockbox on the door that requires a code for key retrieval. Please ensure you keep the key with you at all times to lock and unlock the unit. Upon booking, you will receive a digital guest manual containing comprehensive condo details, building information, and check-out procedures. Feel free to consult it for any queries you may have.

- This unit features stairs. Guests should exercise caution when using the stairs, especially if they have mobility issues or are travelling with young children.
- The train line passes in front of the building. There is train noise periodically during the stay, frequency is dependent on the train schedule and isn't something we can predict.
- Located in Summit Place Plaza above commercial businesses
- Payment is taken upon booking confirmation. Note the damage deposit; it will be automatically refunded 7 days after checkout. This only applies to VRBO/Booking/Expedia/Website bookings.
