You’ll never want to leave this extremely luxurious, fully- stocked home with a spacious floor plan and 4 beautifully decorated bedrooms and 3 full baths. Located in the heart of Downtown Sarasota, and 3 miles to the beach, this oasis presents everything you desire while on vacation; fully appointed kitchen, HEATED pool/ Hot Tub, upon entering you immediately notice unique touches designed to give you a unforgettable getaway experience. We designed this luxurious family oriented home home to maximize your vacation getaway with your family and friends. 3 spacious bedrooms with their own kingsize beds and full bathrooms, closets, and dressers. Our fourth bedroom has a commercial quality triple queen bunk beds built to sleep 6 adults, with 800 pound capacity per bed. Each room is equipped with brand new Samsung smart tv’s for easy self-streaming access. The Master also has a Pack N Play Travel Crib (no regular crib).
This home has a beautiful kitchen/dining room that seats 8 people comfortably, and tons of kitchen equipment. Numerous seating options throughout our entire home.
Outdoor heated pool/ hot-tub/ kitchen and grill area with two Tv’s outside to enjoy while you’re chillin and grillin with the family!
The entire home is yours to enjoy, except for two interior supply closets! Self- entry access and exit. There is a secure detached 2 car garage where you can park your vehicles, as well as ample driveway parking! This spacious home sleeps up to 8 people comfortably.
GENERAL RULES: 8 GUEST Maximum occupancy regardless of age (This includes visitors). EXTRA GUESTS: $57/night + TAX per EXTRA guest. ALL GUESTS over 8 guests are considered “EXTRA” DO NOT touch owners car in the garage, as guests will be charged for any damages UNREGISTERED GUESTS or VISITORS are not permitted on the property at any time (without prior permission). Please communicate with us. Thank you! 1 Small Dog under 30lb is allowed ONLY WITH APPROVAL of Host. The Pet fee is $230+TAX per stay. Dog is NOT allowed to use bathroom on Turf. Owners must pick up after their pet. NO LOUD MUSIC OR NOISE OUTSIDE: We want everyone to have fun but this is a very quiet peaceful neighborhood. Sound that is audible beyond the property lines is regulated by Section 2-5(b) of the City Sound Ordinance and violations could result in fines to the occupants. QUIET HOURS: 10PM-8AM. (We just ask to please keep noise at reasonable levels to respect our neighbors). GRILL: Gas Handles must be turned off after each use NO SMOKING ANYWHERE ON THE PREMISES NO PARTIES NO LATE CHECK OUTS: We are unable to offer late check-outs due to our cleaners schedules and booked out calendars. Check-in: 4PM Check-out: 10AM NO Fireworks at all on property. Please utilize the public places designated for fireworks NO Balloons in the Pool. Popped Balloons cause damage to pool pump. We provide 1 towel per guest, with extra towels on site if needed
PARKING RULES: Only park on the driveway NO Parking on the Turf. GUESTS ARE LIABLE FOR DAMAGE DONE TO TURF. Turf is NOT grass. Parking considerable weight on turf can damage it! NO parking on the street NO TRAILERS parked on Turf or Street. If a trailer is brought, it must be parked in the driveway. Please communicate with Host if you will have ample room! No more than 4 cars
FINES & FEES: CLEANING FEE: Guests are still paying the same total as before—previously $383 plus Airbnb’s 15% guest fee (totaling to $440). Airbnb has now reduced the guest service fee to 0%, and instead charges hosts a 15.5% fee. The cleaning fee is now $440 to offset this change, allowing us to pay our cleaners the full amount under the new fee structure. But the cleaning fee cost to the guest is exactly the same as it did before. POOL HEAT: $40/night. Please note that Pool Heaters can only increase pool temperature by 20-25°F above outdoor temperatures. During cooler months, 85°F is not guaranteed. EXTRA GUESTS: $57/night + TAX per EXTRA guest. ALL GUESTS over 8 guests are considered “EXTRA”. NO more than 8 guests/visitors are permitted on the property anytime. LATE CHECKOUT: $200 Between 10:00-11:00. From 11:00-12:00: $500. After 12:00, its equal to Half of the arriving guest’s reservation. Please be aware we are unable to offer late checkouts due to our cleaners’ schedules and booked calendars. It is a very impressive home with everything you will need and a great convenient location for shops etc . We have used holiday homes in many places including Florida’s and this is by far the best we have stayed in and the hosts are excellent.

The hosts were very responsive to any questions we had. The proximity to restaurants and shops was great. Lovely pool, hot tub and outdoor seating areas. The house itself was beautiful, very comfortable beds and plenty of seating indoors as well. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing home. Super clean. Accommodated 6 adults and two children. It had everything we needed and more. The location was prime to…everything a short drive away. The backyard is where we lived (grilling, swimming and repeat) most grateful. If you don’t rent this place for a large family you messed up. Thanks!

This house is absolutely beautiful, it's a block away from a convenient store, a few minutes from a grocery store, and one road straight to down town. Everything here was immaculate, plenty of space for any gathering as well as everything you'd need to cook up any dinner you could think of. Definitely give this this house a stay, there is no way it could dissapoint!

Great property near downtown
We were in town for a horse show at TerraNova so we did not spend a lot of time at the house but it was great to come back to a nice place near the restaurants downtown. We will book here again.
